Years ago I sold, or attempted to sell, an articulated small loader called “Swinger” that was made in Barnesville, MN. The articulation was never a problem on turf as opposed to skid steer with tires. People were convinced that if it was not a Bobcat, it would not do the job. About five or so years later Bobcat came out with articulated loaders and people thought they were the best idea anyone ever had. I had left the equipment business by then. 🤨
I live in Newfoundland, get 16 feet of snow here in winter. I dream of owning a compact loader with a snowblower on front. Heated cab, pure luxury. I do my neighbour's driveways when I'm feeling half way sensible but it gets harder every winter. With the extended boom you could blow the snow banks over the roof into the back yard to give you more room to store snore! Gonna have to rob a bank ha! Imagine having a small pull plow on the back, what a rig for doing driveways!
I'm interested is buying one what are some things you dislike about. And why did you get that series. I'm thinking about the 750i Or 860i. But I'd really like to hear your feed back
@@andrewmayer204 I don’t really dislike anything tbh. I guess I would like more power and lifting capacity in case I needed it but I haven’t yet. I sat in a new 750i a few weeks ago and it was pretty sweet. I went with the 635 because it can handle most attachments I would be interested in but is still small and light enough that I can go just about anywhere without any ground damage. I have a bucket, minidigger 180, power rake, snow blower, and grapple. The 635 has performed well with all of them. The only thing to be aware of is if you operate without any attachment, the front end pops up pretty easy because all of the weight is in the back.
Good morning, Stan! Congratulations on the new Cast! Hope it serves you well for a good long time! Thanks for sharing it with us. Have an awesome weekend, Brother! God bless.
@@fordmanfinis I thought you might have been - a flat glass could simply be replaced by a piece of flat laminated glass, or polycarbonate, cut to size, but shaped stuff has to be bought from the dealer and is going to be mucho $$$s. Worse, after a few years replacements may no longer be available.
Congrats on the 2nd Cast, Stan! I know how much you love your 1st one. The new one looks like a beast and has some pretty neat upgrades too. Looking forward to seeing videos of it in action. Hope you have a good weekend!
Now That Is A Beautiful Machine 👍 I Love How You Went Through All The Details, And The On Screen Information. Very Helpful, I Have Never Seen Until Now, An All Wheel Steer And Articulation, Anything 😳 Enjoy Your New Multi Function Money Maker Stan 👍
Neat machine, almost a mini Scoop tram, though the scoop trams that I operated were high tech with those fancy computer screens though there was no regen on them, I think that it's not required on underground mining diesel equipment. I would love to try-out that awesome loader, Thanks for featuring it, I'm really impressed.
It really reminds me of an EIMCO 911 optimized for surface use. I've got an 80s 911B and it's pretty competent as a surface utility machine while not tearing the ground up.
Man for the price of equipment these days it better come with heat/ac and a couple USB ports 😂😂 I was glad to see him point them out . They got to do away with the emissions and government getting involved in equipment ! They have double the fuel consumption and cut the reliability in half and on every jobsite there is a pile of 1 time use plastic def jugs 😅 I thought we needed to do away with plastic??? I got 2 excavators now waiting to get dragged onto the lowboy and brought to the dealer for def problems
There going to be rolling them out now when they apply the Dirt monkey touch..😊. Nice machine in a different class to a skidsteer really. Stay safe 🏴
Stan, the only thing I think would be a major improvement would be stabilizer feet, that could be easily extended when you're ready to extend the boom, and dump. Just for safety I think. Great machine!
Can’t wait to the type of jobs I can do with this , seems to be a nice pice of equipment, me personally I like loaders and backhoes better then skid steers Ik skid steers have a spot of there own but I find it easier to work out of a full cab like that cast loader , operator friendly in other words .
this thing with a brush hog that’s hydraulically driven for tight areas be great for mowing around tight spot that bigger machines can’t maneuver around very well at times??
How does it do grading? Like a skid steer you can see bucket edge for easy grading had a backhoe it it was difficult to grade compared to a skid steer.
Stan, do you think you could show this cast loader lifting pallets? I read 2000kg = 4,000lbs will this machine lift a pallet of salt!? Thank you for all your content.
Hi Stan, I have some heavy brush to cut on a steep hillside. My wife is afraid I'll kill muself and to tell the truth, I'm not comfortable either with a brush hog on my skid steer. I thought about trying to rent a remote controlled unit, but local rentals don't have them. Any suggestiond? Thanks! Shalom/gw
Basically anything for a universal min skidsteer (Dingo) or with an MT plate on larger machines (MT picks up MT mini and most FSS full size skidsteer) only restrictrion on larger skid steer attachments would be physical weight and/or Hydraulic requirements (gpm)

That's terrible to hear sorry about that

Never tried this brand but I have an Avant 635 and absolutely love it. No damage on the lawn and over 200 attachments available!

Badass little machine! Would make so much use out of one! Have a great weekend!

Thanks buddy and right back at ya!
Stan I think you should do a video on avant 860i wheel loader
the vision grill along the top of the bucket is a great idea
I like it but I wish the industry would stop making all the oddly curved and shaped glass pieces.
It may be "stylish", but a big advantage is that it gives MUCH better visibility around the vehicle
I refer mostly to difficulty and cost of replacement
Also curved glass deflects rocks and debris better. Less prine to cracks and damage.

@@gordowg1wg145 no it doesnt give any better visibility.

Styling loader. Harry hooked it up! Looking forward to seeing it work.
Comin soon 👊👊
4:20, Harry drops a booger in your new machine😂
Kidding aside, that's a sweet machine. Maybe one day I can pick up one or something similar.
Congrats

What really makes me mad is they make everyone else have that then they order all there trucks and equipment without it
usb port is a couple bucks on amazon to add to any machine.

Great machine!
Good point 👍
That is one beautiful machine.
Agreed 🤤
That thing is so pretty you almost wouldn’t want to get it dirty. Lol
Haha pretty much
Can it dig dirt? Like, shearing sod and clay for patio excavations? I'm really a fan of wheels for turf just need that dirt digging capability.
wow a nice piece of equipment congatulations.
That machine is awesome and so versatile
You said it 🙌
Bought 2 Avants 755i last year
Best thing I’ve ever done ✅

Feel it 👌
Nice one Stan. 👍👍🏴🏴
MAAC Mangusta, has articulating, 4 wheel steer, and crab function
new Kubota R640 ...Try it..... Lots of power super Quiet Awesome Machine ..

Stan 85gs snow season was very very good to you
Love the videos
While your there with your trailer, just add 1 more to your account and dropp it off to me, please. That's a nice machine. I'd make mine black n red
👌
Damn thats a nice machine
i hear in the grape vein, they came out and said def was the worst thing ever and they want to get rid of it
Quick question we are doing a retaining wall job this week, do you guys not add a geotex fabric under your base? To separate the rock and dirt?
where I live we dig out the dirt and replace it with structural material, we dont build on dirt here.
That's one of them moon buggys.
How does it do grading? Like a skid steer you can see bucket edge for easy grading had a backhoe it it was difficult to grade compared to a skid steer.
Time for a high dump bucket. We use one on our 903 cat. Loads the peterbilts just fine.
Great tool for maximizing smaller machines
That curved glass will be expensive to replace guaranteed
People trust you to give a ligit rating on there stuff because you have developed such a good reputation!
Does it keep the load level as you raise the boom?
Nice but it should have a hydraulic or electric lock for the bucket coupler.
Stan, do you think you could show this cast loader lifting pallets? I read 2000kg = 4,000lbs will this machine lift a pallet of salt!? Thank you for all your content.
How much will it lift weight wise
That was a fun day! #CastLoaders
Yeehaw 👊
Gonna be expensive to fix that window 😅

Do you think it could pull a boat lift out of the lake?
Do you have to have the engine reving so high all the time
I want see both side by side doing the same job see which one handles it better
I like your thinking
Mower attachment?
How many attachments are available for the Cast loader compared to Avant?
Basically anything for a universal min skidsteer (Dingo) or with an MT plate on larger machines (MT picks up MT mini and most FSS full size skidsteer) only restrictrion on larger skid steer attachments would be physical weight and/or Hydraulic requirements (gpm)
😛😛😛😛😛❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Can you make money with this thing in winter?!?
Yes, this model does well in the snow!
🎉
I dunno Man, looks tippy to me. make sure you load on level ground
curved glass....$$, air intake looks like it will eat a lot of dust being at the tire
No comparison to a avant loader
here to help
10:58 does that say 101 DB!? 😮
101 DB
@@castloadersusa that is way to loud and is above OSHA standards!
Who added a zero to the price!
DPF is a bad feature. Machines going to be a nightmare
avANT WE Hadit 20 year ago
We were an OG Avant dealer 20 years ago. We know what we are looking for in a loader.
Not trying to be rude Stan cause Ik you have worked hard for ur stuff too. but it must be nice to have a business that ur able to buy stuff like this
That thing is only $4000?
😂
85k
I wish.
Those tiny pedals suck
"I was gonna say 127" 😂😂, great joke slid in there. Looks like a great addition, that black with orange accents is sweet!
