The artists would draw the girl naked (but no details because it was never supposed to be visible) and then draw all the clothes on top of that on different layers. When putting the game together, as programmers we were super disturbed from seeing boobs without nipples all the time so eventually we asked the artists to draw the nipples as well 😂
I am a simple man. I see a UA-camr with awesome sculpts, I subscribe. The tip on making the head / face is pretty nice. I really struggled with that the last time I tried to sculpt a figure.

Although I didn't really finish it, because at a pretty late point I made one, two mistakes, taht I couldn't fix anymore without breaking and re-modelling. But the idea is not dead, I will definitelly attemt a 2nd try on it. But watching some sculpting channels like Nendo-sans here, or Kotoha Modelling & Dr. Garuda already showed my a couple of new tricks and techniques, I am really thankful for.
Dam that is incredible, and very satisfying. I imagine it's quite therapeutic, it certainly looks it. I can imagine painted, that selling for decent money to people who collect these types of figures.

Sometimes I think "wow art is really useless" But then I look at things like this and I can only think "This is ART, and I'm glad to exist at the same time as the person who did this"
