      Thanks for kind words. Purchase £61k refurb £44k rent £425 per room per month… should net after all bills around £700 - £800 a month

    Great informational video!! My only criticism is you talk too fast. I'm having to rewind to work out what you are saying because your subtitles don't match what you are saying either. Hope this helps. We'll done keep it up!!

      Yes exactly what I was gonna say. 😂you talk too fast and the subtitles don’t help. I’ve gotta say though. The most detailed video I’ve seen in a long time. This video answered many questions for me. Have you got a website or a community I could join?

      Extemely too fast. Communication to audience is really important. Had to rewind 100 times. Even the subtitles could not catch up

    Very interesting to hear about your preferred solution to damp mate, will be reading up on PIV systems.
    I notice you do a lot of HMO’s Harvey. Are you in this game purely for cash flow? I doubt HMO’s have a great profile for capital growth, or at least less so than a ‘standard’ refurb/layout?

      Yeah defo do some research mate with the damp.
      Yeah done a few HMO’s recently but most of my properties are BTL’s mate.
      What do you buy?

      @@harveygrowthproperties Nice, makes sense to diversity a bit and HMO’s do seem great from a cash flow perspective.
      I had 2 standard BTL’s but got rid of them a few years ago to buy in London. They were in my personal name so not the most efficient. I’ll be getting back in next year but most likely with a turn key/light refurb job and doing it more efficiently from a tax perspective.
