Lovely house I usually make net £1100 to £1300 after all costs on my HMO’s. It might just be me but isn’t the back door also supposed to have a thumb turn lock I saw keys hanging from the door so I assume it doesn’t?

Good video Simon, but I noticed the fire exit door in the kitchen should have a thumb lock not keys. If there's a fire, door is locked and the keys are upstairs, then you have a problem.

@philipkwond9038 ASTs are normally 6 months. There are lots of ways we make the propertry as energy efficient as possible.

Yes this was my first visit after the refurb and I noticed he builder had fitted the wrong lock so we had it changed straight away
