@@harveygrowthproperties Why make someone comfortable by paying their mortgage.. people who buy properties then rent them out so nobody else can buy them it's bad and others can't get on the property ladder ..That's why I say let the council pay the rent don't pay it yourself .. go on benefits . Property investors get too greedy.

the BOE always too slow to drop rates and even when they do sometimes lenders slow to pass savings onto mortgage holders, many higher costs now including things like higher energy bills higher taxes as well as the high inflation and anti landlord measures so the effect will increase those distressed sales not saying a crash

If you google social housing, The top of the search will be a government website with the full list of providers. Or go into property Facebook groups in the location you want to buy these deal and ask if anyone works with them. It does take some perseverance
