they are not really comparable it's 2 different know-how the edwards and made in japan with an extra thin U neck and the gibson has a huge neck the edwards is much more modern in the violin and in the sound than is the gibson
Dude did you hold an ELECTRIC GUITAR in your hands? Maybe on acoustic and classic guitars you need to attack the strings harder, but on electric you can just touch lightly the strings and you'll have a nice sound + you don't damage the strings like if you would play hard.
