- This is just a quick little trailer I made out of sequence 1, I want to see the interest in it and share some of what it will look like. Again, no animation or dialogue yet.

Working on sequence 2 as of now, but wanted to share what I have so far. Still don't have a title for it, so Ill take any suggestions.
Obviously still missing the animation and dialogue, gonna get that all in one go once all I get all the footage.
If it's going to be about the cop chase and being on the run, maybe "the chase" or maybe "the escape"
A title needs some kind of background story if there is one.
What’s your vision about the motivation behind the chases?
Are the cars stollen, got the police mad because he just drives irresponsible?
No story would be also fine!

It’s a name of a song I really like from The Chemical Brothers.
I came to it after thinking about "unattainable" or something.
Should be the focus of the great skill of the driver and his car or the great incompetence of the police?

There's a mod that allows gauges to spin past their highest noted RPM, i.e. the 5000 RPM Gavril tach will keep spinning and eventually come all the way around to 0 if you rev it way out. This also applies to speedos, like how a lot of those 180km/h Japanese speedos will come all the way around back to 0. I think it would be a nice touch for your shots of the gauge cluster, making it feel much more immersive, especially on older cars where the tach is fully mechanical.
This reminds me of intros id see before playing a really good ps2 racing game

Excellent camera path skills and also cinematography skills! So many createors know how to use the camera path editor well but very few are able to make it look as good as you with your cinematography skills!
This looks so much better than the last video. However, I would suggest cropping video into 21:9 aspect ratio instead of rendering it with black bars if the whole video is 21:9. You could also shoot raw footage in 2560x1440 resolution, then cropping it to 2560x1080. This resolution is then uploaded to UA-cam with ability to watch the video in 1440p, which could possibly make the video clearer.

Assuming you saw Muyes video about the plugins to mess with LoD etc (helping prevent tree pop in etc) - I'd assume that impacts replay sequences given it's all real time?
Oh, and if you haven't already, watch Ronin (1998) for some inspiration for camera shots and angles.
Some of which were chosen to enhance the feeling of speed/danger which is kinda a moot point when not using real cars on real roads, but if you want to make it *look* like a well shot *cinematic* car chase, that's a good film to start from.
No suggestions on title or particular feedback other than 'looks good, keep it up, looking forward to seeing what you can do'. Clearly you've found something to get your teeth into with the Camera Path editor!
My only "real" suggestion, which you are of course welcome to ignore, would be to make as many of the shots look like they were shot from a real camera as possible - over the top, logically impossible camera moves break immersion a bit...
....but now that high speed drones can do some pretty crazy things with cameras attached that full blown helicopters couldn't (flying through tunnels/underpasses, between cars etc) that still gives lots of options if you mess with the pitch/yaw/roll to make it look like a quadcopter pushing the limits.
That plugin would work in replays. However, I have an older system that Im already pushing the limits of with multiple vehicles, script AI, and whatnot.
Someday, I'll upgrade it and get a chance to have better-looking shots, just not something in the budget for now.

I guess you've considered getting someone with a more powerful rig (perhaps someone in the community) to run the raw replay sections, and dump the export from Shadowplay or something for you? Beer (or a charity donation) and a portable HDD are still way cheaper than a 4080/4090...!
That said even on a 4090 you can't run it with *monster* LoD distance at 4k, which I'd guess is the raw output you'd want....
I have other stupid ideas, too, but I think they might be *genuinely* stupid :D
@Beany2007FTW Loading up the replays and sending them off to someone with a capable system is a mess I wouldn't even want to begin thinking of dealing with. Especially since it's not me actually creating the paths and such at that point, instead looking over someones shoulder telling them what to do. Id rather have it in my own hands.
