My favorite build to make in BNG are the sleeper kind, just got the Bastion Engines for Moonhawk and put them on the Sedan Mod for it, same for the Vivace, downloaded the SVX mod and put a V8 in the Wagon Mod with the FWD Drivetrain, because the AWD was too OP.

The unnecessary off-roader is probably my favorite, I saw a lifted Grand Marquis with off-road tires at a car meet the other day.

@GrogTV the horsepower graph you used for the sleeper, is that included with base beamng or is it a repo mod/external mod?
its in the base game, if you press escape and go into UI apps you can add it from there, its called "engine debug info" i think
