@@ChintanShinde there’s no headphone jack because of waterproof issues , but the box comes with USBC to jack connector , so you can use your headphones , Spotify works fine

Since you've been using it as your primary phone for almost half a year now, did you ever face any throttling issues in your day to day use?
The lag is definitely there , but it’s manageable as long as you stick to simple apps like what’s app etc
I have had this phone for 2 weeks and absolutely love it. I barely use it which is what I wanted to get it. No more doom scrolling. I disabled you tube and any other distracting apps including the browser. Be in the moment always

@@mikahist4155 yes still going strong , 💪 you can’t practically use social media on this except for what’s app because the apps are glitchy and don’t receive latest updates, I use an iPad when I have to check stuff on social media at night and apart from that , I’m all away from it.
I just got mine and I am happy. I have not quite quit social media, but rather I use it when I am finished with my day, and ready to sit at the computer for maybe under an hour. I am even reading more now, and being more productive. I still keep the Pixel 6 around for when I travel just for the camera. I put a camera grip on it, and bust it out like a large camera only for pictures.

Charges like a regular smartphone, definitely not fast charging, gives all day battery life with regular usuage, sometimes lasts even 2 days
i prefer the jelly 2 or star from unihertz...much more pocketable... and nice to use

@@adityavikram3164 yup, shutting the phone and cutting the call is the coolest, it also receives the call when you open it , no lag, and keyboard is pretty good with huge buttons

@@siddhanshjain9564 all google apps work perfectly fine, rest of the apps are available only if they were launched for this version of android , but they won’t receive any further updates as this version of android has been discontinued. Battery is average, just like any other smartphone like an iPhone

I just ordered one for myself. There are important things I need to do on my smartphone, but a lot of the time I just spend hours on unnecessary social media activity. I could probably save one month worth of time in a year by quitting scrolling. I like the idea of an android flip phone. This way I can still rely on it when I need to use data and google something, look up the directions, reply to an important message quickly or even listen to music through Spotify while it is inconvenient enough that I don't want to use social media on the phone. Plus, a lot of things I do on my smartphone can be easily done on my computer

Yes , Bluetooth works fine , cellular connection also works good , but I would say it’s totally to do with your carrier, I have heard complaints about bad network, but I haven’t faced any issues yet

And planning to buy the Cat S22 and install emergency apps like Ola/ Uber, GPay, Whatsapp and maybe some music to add some tune. No other apps. Would these apps be supported on the cat?

do you have a video guide about optimizing the phone ? Such as removing useless Apps, useful settings to turn on (like your torchlight tip in this video), and best apps to add to get the most of your experience? I know it will vary by person, but maybe some of the most useful?

The thing is I hate the look of this phone. I'm more of a sleek modern look of flip phones. I want to get the Samsung Galaxy folder 2 from South Korea. Due to the general look and feel. But in the USA I guess we hate anything that isn't a slab. Cause the Samsung Galaxy folder 2 can't work with USA bands. I heard that boost mobile can work them but Idk. I'm going to buy one and see. But maybe I'll consider this if it's the only option for USA.
This is definitely very bulky , I would not recommend you the cat if you don’t like bulky tech

ive had my nokia flip for a little over a month, and i do NOT see myself going back to a smart/iphone. Highly recommend to those looking to detach and get back connected to what matters.
But we can't use Whatsapp or Slack? Daily necessities?
I want this phone for using it at work, but the only thing that I don't like is you have to write on the screen, such a waste for that numeric keypad.

I'm on the verge of getting one to get out of the endless scrolling rut. Since all the social media apps are still available on this phone, how did you manage to not install them again and go right back in? Also wanted to know if Android 11 go edition is good enough for a couple of years and do we get regular security patches?
It’s impossible to your social media apps on this , Facebook crashes because the app is not optimised for android go, and Insta takes forever to load , UA-cam works perfectly since it’s a google app, that’s the best part lol.
Android go should support you as long as you do minimal things on it , if you try to load on too many apps , it gets slow, I think it should be fine for another 2 years. I have never updated my phone since I got it , because I have seen peoples CAT phones getting stuck during an update and crashing

I got it from the US through a buddy, there’s no official site selling it here in india since it’s never launched outside the US, but I have seen some Instagram stores importing and reselling these, but be careful as there are tons of scammers out there and fake pages , always verify if it’s an actual store !

Definitely a defective software or also can be a internal hardware problem, better return it from where you bought it and ask for a replacement

My current phone (nokia g21) is also on android 11, and there is this problem that randomly it will kill Telegram and not show notifications from it until i restart the app. I hate it because it forces me to check my phone more often just to see if i missed something important. Recently come to know about the rugged phones , I was wondering why I I didn't see those. Before that I know the Nokia (keypad) and Xperia go were so reliable once. In India there is no rugged phones before (I think) , or may be there . Now I saw the advertisement of Oppo k12 as per there ads it is a rugged phone. Other phones I have seen were Caterpiller, samsungs xcover smartphones comes with military grades. Any I have love these phones due to there capabilities and reliability.
I think the problem of these phones were lacking of luxury (unwanted) features (personal opinion) like blinking lights,Glass backed( these glassback have better signals?), pro level camera, customization...
It is my personal opinion. Any way thanks for reveiw mahn.
How is the call quality? Heard alot of folks are not having a good experience with the call quality

I didn't get my first smartphone until I was around 22 or 23. Before that, I had the nokia brick phone. I was using it like a landline since that's what I grew up with. Didn't text anything, but call me because of t9. I'm facing the same thing. So wrapped up in technology. When I get this phone paid off. I'm keeping it for pictures or serious browsing if needed. But buying this phone. Thanks for your review. If you read this.. How is the battery life? There are mixed reviews on it.
The battery life is average , just like a usual iPhone , you get about all day battery life with regular usage
