Its an okay phone. I got one after watching this review and the touch screen is barely serviceable. I'd recommend getting a stylus if this is your daily driver. Some apps won't resize properly on the screen, even if they are compatible and thus are not useable. Spotify works though and that's the main thing.

There are a few things I don’t like about it: 1. External screen will not show any notifications other than text or calls. If you change default sms app there will be no notifications. 2. Nice phone, I had ordered from Amazon, however returned when I discovered the manufacturer Bullitt Group of the UK, closed their doors on Jan 31/24. So, no warranty or service!
Yeah, they're running dirt cheap now though so I still think they're worth picking up, even if it's just as a backup. I'd love to get my hands on a Light Phone, but they're never in stock on Amazon and their page doesn't ship to my country 😢
I would love this phone but having a tiny QUERTY keyboard won’t work with my 58 year old eyes and large fingers. I struggle typing on my 14 pro max. I have to use a stylus.
WhatsApp works great and there is an option to switch between phones and have WhatsApp on both so I switch between my iPhone and the CAT and receive whatsapp on both 👍🏼 I find Spotify and maps works well which were they most important for me. I personally find texting fine using the swipe method on the touch screen - there is an option to enlarge the keyboard although it is still small but I don’t have any issues. I love it as a detox phone. Only negative is the size and weight but you do get used to it
It's... not a good phone. All the downsides of a dumbphone combined with all the downsides of a cheap Android device - there's so little onboard storage (16GB) that it's tight even for the OS, the keyboard is okay but for me it quickly became unusable as button presses registered multiple times (and I wasn't even using it in any kind of extreme conditions, just standard phone usage), and while it's convenient to have a fallback for the apps you must have in the increasingly app-reliant world, they're not going to work well - and not just "unpleasantly", but "you will struggle for 20 minutes to order an Uber as the app keeps closing on you due to lack of RAM". (Which was exactly the situation that made me finally ditch the phone - that's one of the very few things I actually need the "smart" part of the smartphone for). If you're after a simple but reliable phone, get an actual dumbphone. If you're after a digital detox, either get an actual dumbphone or a half-decent smartphone and just don't install the apps you don't need. A weak dumbphone will usually just lack features, but a weak smartphone makes the entire thing unusable. (Also, if you do have it, the app incompatibilities can mostly be worked around by setting minimal width in developer options. I haven't run into any apps that refused to run, except I think one launcher that didn't like Android Go on principle - but many would balk at the screen width, either breaking the layout or just straight up not starting. It'll run most apps in theory, but you're still constrained with the phone's specs).
I've had this phone for a few months now and I love it - I've never had a problem with it. If you want to use all those apps then get a proper smart phone. The only apps I use are the train line and magic earth so it's perfect for what I need it for.

I think one guy in the comments did it.
Yes
no mention of a hotspot
there is hotspot
Can anyone say how convenient is it to use & keep track of whatsapp group activities?
WhatsApp works great and there is an option to switch between phones and have WhatsApp on both so I switch between my iPhone and the CAT and receive whatsapp on both 👍🏼 I find Spotify and maps works well which were they most important for me. I personally find texting fine using the swipe method on the touch screen - there is an option to enlarge the keyboard although it is still small but I don’t have any issues. I love it as a detox phone. Only negative is the size and weight but you do get used to it
Looks cool just wish it was not so thick
try emulation on it 😏
It's... not a good phone.
Spot on.
I've had this phone for a few months now and I love it - I've never had a problem with it. If you want to use all those apps then get a proper smart phone. The only apps I use are the train line and magic earth so it's perfect for what I need it for.
Pun ?
