they should have given eric so much credit than just being the "dumb guy used for comedic effect". they kept giving him such great lines and characteristics and then watered it all down with "studpidity". for eg. look at how open he is with embracing his feminine side and his emotions. and personally i hc both him and jack as bi but I'm not gonna get inti the nitty gritty of all that.
Actually a lot of what you see is all Will Fredel (i know im spelling this so wrong but i can't for the life of me remember how to spell his last name lol), they let him roll with the character quite a bit and i think he hid Eric's brilliance underneath the dumb moments so its both surprising when he has smart moments and honestly gives more of an impact. A lot of things he says and does hits harder cus its coming from a "dumb" guy. Kinda genius of both him and the writers on the show ☺️. And luckily we can all give Eric (and Will) the credit he deserves now in awesome videos like these lol 😁

The Mitchell Davis part is misleading; I looked it up, and apparently Mitchell was a friend of Eric's who, after a biking accident, injured his head and ended up repeating the sixth grade eleven times. Eric used him as an example of why Cory should not sleep with Topanga before he's ready. "Sex is like a bike without training wheels: you do it before you're ready, you fall and break your head." (BUT I think Jack and Eric would probably be a couple if the show aired now)

It was just, "Yeah, we've been dating for a year and I'm going to propose", but we hadn't seen them since, like, their first date. It was way too rushed, especially compared to Shawn and Angela or Cory and Topanga. If they'd taken more time, it could have worked. But they didn't.

I would've loved it if him and Angela had a kid and their kid was friends with Riley. The Mitchell Davis part is misleading; I looked it up, and apparently Mitchell was a friend of Eric's who, after a biking accident, injured his head and ended up repeating the sixth grade eleven times. Eric used him as an example of why Cory should not sleep with Topanga before he's ready. "Sex is like a bike without training wheels: you do it before you're ready, you fall and break your head." (BUT I think Jack and Eric would probably be a couple if the show aired now)
