Skin tones are the most difficult to get right and challenging. There's a Floss tuber who has a video all about changing skin tones in Mirabellia designs, one over one cross stitches. It can get very complicated but challenging. I haven't tried this with diamond painting or cross stitch yet. I will be following your progress on the HAED diamond painting closely. 😃 Edit: Next time I will comment only after watching your video from beginning to end! ☺😂🎉

Excellent job. Most people when storing, mix their dye lots so if they should ever need spares they won’t work. Skin came out well. You might use some mica powder to help with the spacing on her face. No was not expecting that. Beautiful completion. You did an awesome job. Peace and love abide with you 💕

Oh - that’s a great tip. Yes, it’s part dark gritlines, part thé drills being of different sizes ..but that might help soften it up

Good afternoon Lisette. Firstly a huge congratulations on your detox, you have done amazing and yes I am going to say it.. Very quickly. What I really want to ask you is this. Now you are using your left over drills, do you now regret what you did with your drills when you first started? At the time of you doing it I did cringe and thought that you may need them one day for a number of reasons.

Hi Vicky - no, I don’t have any regrets - I still have so many leftover drills..it’s just certain Colors I needed and I don’t think those extra’s would have made a difference. I’m really happy she’s done 🥰

Hi Lisette! I love Threadbare…used it quite a few times and always had great results. She is beautiful! Nice to use up the spares. Hoi Lisette. Ik stuurde jou een mailtje, maar probeer het hier ook even. Ik heb een Heaven and Earth design in huis, met een 90 tal kleuren. Maar mijn "storage" voor steentjes is niet groot genoeg voor 90+ kleuren. Welk type storage raadt jij aan voor dit type project voor zo veel kleuren? Liefst iets uit Europa, omwille van import kosten! Dankjewel! 💚

Hallo, groetjes uit Drenthe. Lisette heeft de storage die ze nu gebruikt op AliExpress gekocht. Daar berekenen ze nu al de BTW en invoerrechten, dus nadat je in op AliExpress hebt betaald heb je geen verrassingen meer achteraf. Denk dat de ene box 50 en de andere box 72 doosjes bevat op de afbeelding staat meestal bead storage, maar ideaal met de verschillende groottes van doosjes.
