happy to do so i must admit it was so much harder then i thought and i was so ashamed of all that spending i did. i found out i wasnt alone and have watched all of your videos i felt inspired. But here we are i think what went wrong on my side was my mom died i took care of her for 15 years and i went to a dark place. Im so proud to say im feeling much better now and more centered thank got for this hobby or i would have been lost im so proud of you and even more so of myself . thank you for letting me know i wasnt alone it means alot to me you have no idea. diamond art saved my life in a time when i needed it and you my dear helped me center myself finding acceptance and control. thanks so much.@@LisetteCraftsandTells

First,you executed this project with such grace and dedication. It has been a lesson to us all. Second, it is a reality check for all the people who are sitting on 100-500 kits and are defending continuing to purchase. What amazes me though is that you can't wait to gather another stash!!! I would have bet you'd become a one at a timer!
People (myself included) mostly buy out of FOMO, especially when it comes to DAC. It’s hard when it’s an image you love it gets discontinued and then others ask for double or more to buy from a destash. I’ve definitely gotten better about not buying, but far from perfect 😂
Hi, I totally get why people have a large stash. No stash shaming here. It's about how you feel about having a certain size of stash. This craft really consists of two components: The collecting part and the craft part. It just depends on your personal preference. I for one didn't feel comfortable having a such a large stash, because it made me anxious 'how am I ever going to finish them if I keep buying'? So I decided to focus on the craft part. The reason I'm going to rebuild my stash to a certain level is that it's nice to have some diamond paintings to chose from (and also it's fun to collect them - If I'm totally honest). I limit myself to one year's worth of stash (which will come down to max.24 diamond paintings). They will fit nicely in my closet, it won't feel like clutter and I'll feel happy each time I look at them. Also I know for a fact that I'm going to work on them. I'll never become a one at a timer - I'm too far into this hobby and after three years I'm confident I will stay a diamond painter for a long long time. Greetings from France

Hi, Lisette... i just subscribed to your channel because there are so many other DP-ers who spend so much time unboxing and relatively little actually working on the hobby. Congratulations, you're amazing and incredibly dedicated to have gotten through your entire stash! My strategy has been to gift away the unopened kits I no longer resonated with to friends, family, and family's friends. I can't imagine myself managing the same feat. 😅
On the other hand, I didn't know Geneva Bowers had licensed diamond paintings! I've only recently discovered her in 2022, and it looks like her diamond paintings are no longer available. 😢
