See, for me he's the hardest hook supp champ to lane against. Enchanters are what I and several other people play and I personally can survive a Pyke, Thresh, or Nautilus engage but one hook from blitz is a different story. It's just so fast and has the greatest pull strength

Blitzcrank is only perma banned because he completely changes laning phase, you have you have to respect him so hard or you lose lane. The way he changes how the game is played is obnoxious.
The thing with blitzcrank coming from a blitzcrank main in wildrift and manage to play a little bit of PC. you can still help a lot even you're behind on the levels on just stay behind someone and hook when you notice that he/she engage. Blitzcrank can be a big asset in team fights just go behind the entire team hooking 1 at time
Yeah, Archangel's before preseason was _better_ for her in regards to mana, albeit much more expensive; new Archangel's enables her spam-casting the same as ever, but it also gives her the durability and AH that pre-item update Archangel's gave, on top of Sona being one of the best users of the mana-spent-to-HP effect because of her mana costs and cooldowns. She's still free to sit on Tear by itself, but full Archangel's is very good on her again.
That sounds like a high elo answer, where they know how to spend mana efficiently in order to be useful without running out of it too fast. As a main Sona I can say people usually buy Archangel mainly because of mana issues. In low elo your team will give away free kills easily and as a Sona you can try to prevent that from happening by spending a lot of mana but If you don't know when to recall, there you have a serious mana issue.
