Failing to fail does not make you a failure

So much startup guidance encourages you to embrace failure. But what if failing is harder to embrace that you would like? What if you're failing at finding the courage to fail…?

Backyard musings with Rick! I appreciate you sharing this explanation of the topic. I've had students assert that they've 'never failed' and question the value of failure. This video can serve as a great counterpoint to that.
