Complete the form then print it out as PDF. Redundant? Yes! but when you open the printed pdf version you should be able to digitally sign it by adding the digital signature to the pdf. Cheers!

Hey, Try going to militarycac and reinstalling your certificates again making sure to follow the steps with root. reboot then follow the process of the video

You now have to pay the military really needs to make them provide this to us for free under the hug amount they give them with their DOD contract especially if they require us to sign documents at home.

This isn’t helpful when using a document that doesn’t show a signature flag, just a blank signature box
