this really hit my heart in a different way, i used to watch adventure time as a kid not really understanding how much meaning it would have for me 9 years later. and this animatic made me really think about it, like how much adventure time has affected me emotionally and how nostalgic it is. it like... aches my heart, but in a good way

Why was this not on my UA-cam feed sooner?!? When seeing the thumbnail I thought it was supposed to be a scenepack and when I read the title and watched the video, I was like wait that’s drawn?!?? Each scene was near perfect and could pass off as scenes from the show itself! Well if Kaboom! is ever involved in another Adventure Time comic or if there is a continuation and they’re in need another animator, I hope they see this!

i have yet to start watching adventure time but this reminds me of how my first kinda-boyfriend was talking about how adventure time is a fun show at first and then more gets serious towards the end of our show on our first date, it’s funny how he knew about serious emotions because he ended up ghosting me after i showed him that i wanted to get serious :P
