The storytelling in this was phenomenal. The way the whole thing was shown through colors- I could feel the shame tied to bright red and the love tied to pastels and how those mixed, it was just... Stunning
@@josiahmcclain5678 I didn't use bots-? I don't know how to prove that to u tbh other than the fact that I genuinely don't know how to do that, but also why would I care that a comment of mine gets likes? I think it's just cause there's really nothing to say about my comment, it's just a thing people can agree on.
This story is about betrayal, in both love and friendship. Here's my take on it; there's just one thing that I struggle to understand (see at the end). First thing that I noticed is that the first few drawings are colourless; the first colour that we see is bright red. We can already tell that the story is not going to end well. 1)PINK’S BACKSTORY The first characters to be introduced are Pink as a child and her mother. Pink is a trans girl, which her mother can't accept as we see her crying with a rosary in her hands. She cuts Pink's hair and begins to resent her own femininity: we see her looking at herself in the mirror, bright red lipstick on, then it cuts to the mirror being shattered. We then see Pink as a child, looking at herself, smiling with red tainted lips. Even though the mother keeps up a facade for her acquaintances, we can assume that she cuts ties with her own child as the picture of them together is torn apart. Until now, all we’ve seen is red. 2) MEETING WITH YELLOW Pink and yellow are introduced to the colour palette as Pink and Yellow meet at church. We can say that both children have been raised in a religious environment (which we’ll confirm for Yellow soon). They grow up together, and we see Pink physically blooming into herself. They seem happy. Pink and Yellow are inseparable as we see them hugging each other, pink and yellow melding together, two flowers growing together. 3) YELLOW’S BACKSTORY As we’ve previously established, Pink and Yellow were both raised in a very religious town. But Yellow’s household is quite different from Pink’s as I’m convinced he has two dads (we see them hugging at 0:25, one of them has short hair and the other a shaved moustache). Things begin to turn bad as we see the yellow flower, symbolising Yellow, being cut with a shear. Yellow and pink are once again replaced by red. It cuts to a gun being loaded. I think that some people from the town attacked Yellow’s dads while the two children were out playing. The two men tried to defend themselves; one of them is killed and the other is seen screaming at Yellow to leave (i think both children came back home when one of the dads shot in the air at 0:25). I do think that they were killed because of their sexuality, as we’ve come to understand how prevalent religion and prejudice are in the town. 4) THE FIGHT Hands covered in blood, Yellow is overwhelmed with guilt. It’s Pink that forces him to leave by taking his hand and running away. Yellow blames her: they fight at the top of a cliff. Yellow slips on a rock and begins falling down. He takes Pink down with him : we come to the conclusion that whatever happens, they go down together. It’s them against the world. They fall in the river. Pink saves Yellow: as Pink piggybacks him, crying, we see that he lost his leg in the fall. We see later on that he also became half blind. (EDIT: I was mistaken Yellow has been half blind since the beginning) The church is in flames: I think it symbolises both the suffering that it caused them and them rejecting their upbringing. Only then colours come back to the screen as it cuts to a “Get well soon” balloon and a bouquet of pink and yellow flowers. They’re seen peacefully sleeping in a hospital’s room. They’re seen playing with Yellow’s wheelchair. Yellow gets a prosthetic leg. Everything is well as they heal, leaving behind both the town and their past to lead a life of criminals. 5) REJECTING SOCIETY ; A LIFE OF CRIMINALS So they both become criminals: Pink takes on a bunny mask and Yellow a wolf one. They meet Purple who hides behind a bear personna. Three friends against the world, laughing together and bandaging their wounds. A bouquet of three flowers of their respective colours symbolises the links that tie them together 6) MEETING WITH BLUE As soon as the colour blue is introduced to the screen, we know Pink and Blue are not going to be the best of friends. The colour is first seen as we see Pink in a car being illuminated by the police flashing pink and blue. It stinks of trouble. Pink is running away from the cops when she nearly runs over Blue. We then see Blue for the first time : dishevelled-looking, blue bags under his eyes and a blue mess in his chest. He’s also on the run and most importantly he’s the only one in the story whose name we know : his name is Jacob Evans and he seems to have run away from home. At first, Pink seems fairly amiable to Blue as she presents him to the group. 7) YELLOW AND BLUE First thing first, I wanted to say that yellow and blue mixed together makes green, which is the complementary colour of pink. You can imagine how messy things are gonna get. Upon meeting Blue for the first time, Yellow’s over the moon. It’s love at first sight (there’s literally hearts in his eyes as he shakes Blue’s hands). Obviously, Pink’s not overjoyed. I do think she’s in love with Yellow: they grew up together and she was previously seen gazing at Yellow when they met Purple. We see the same pink mess in Pink’s chest than in Blue’s. So Blue joins the group. Together they form a new bouquet: Blue’s symbolised by a faded flower. We don’t know what happened to him but we’re sure of one thing: he’s incredibly unhappy and he's kinda bad news. He first struggles to be part of the group but Yellow makes sure he’s not left alone. When the mess in his chest nearly swallows Blue, Yellow reaches to him and the mess shrinks. Blue takes on a cat mask. As the four of them are looking at the stars, we see Blue laughing for the first time as a flower finally blooms in his chest. Hugging each other, Blue and Yellow make a heart, even though the heart is like 70% yellow and the rest blue : their relationship is unbalanced. 8) PINK’S RESENTMENT I do think that Pink doesn’t like Blue bc she loves Yellow too. But I also think that she fears in a way for Yellow. What if they ended up like Yellow’s fathers? Pink’s mess in her chest grows bigger. Then red is reintroduced to the screen. Both Blue and Pink are seen looking at each other with hatred, red mess in their chests, red eyes. 9) BLUE’S PLOTTING It then cuts to Blue, still clad in red, gazing at a wolf’s head on the wall, something in his hands. We understand that he plans on killing Yellow(wolf mask), they’re seen hugging as Blue looks at us, a knife pressed to Yellow’s back. Something interesting here is that only Yellow wears his mask : Blue only sees him here as his prey, Yellow's stripped down from his real identity. 10) YELLOW’S DEATH I’ve seen a lot of people wondering whether or not Yellow died. I think he did and that Blue killed him bc of one shot: the bouquet faded, blank, except from one red flower. We then see blood on hands. There’s then an interesting shot : Blue is seen taking off his mask while a yellow butterfly lands on the mask. Blue’s expression is painful, his eyes are full of sorrow. We then see a blue hand catching the butterfly on a pink flower to pin it down. It’s quite telling: Blue stole Yellow from Pink and led him to his death. “You took away my friend, my buddy.” Pink lost the only person she had left. Blue and Pink are seen fighting, their masks on. (EDIT: I think the fight took place after Yellow's death as Pink tried to seek revenge) Their friendship is over, only their personas are left, fighting tooth and nail, like animals. Blue betrayed the group and gave up on their friendship as he’s seen not returning the group hug later on. We see Pink tenderly holding Yellow (as a child)’s smiling face in her hands, then Blue choking him, a sad, but deprived from any resentment, expression on his face. The ending scene doesn’t require any explanations : we see Blue struggle to pull the trigger and kill Yellow. Blue’s after the reward for catching Yellow. The essential detail is that Yellow’s wanted dead or ALIVE : Blue doesn’t need to kill him. But I don’t think that Blue’s a good person : he’s overwhelmed with his violent tendencies that have kept eating him away since the beginning. Yellow was aware of that, I think he hoped for Blue’s love for him to win over in a way. But the mess in Blue’s chest came back. The story ends with the butterfly gently hovering over Yellow's hand (it seems like his body is laid down on the ground ie Yellow's dead). 11) SHOT THAT I DIDN’T UNDERSTAND The shot where Pink cuts her hair at 1:06 is interesting. Her hair symbolises her femininity. She kept on growing it throughout the story. But she’s seen hair cut short, holding in her arms three flowers (yellow, purple and blue). The yellow and purple ones are close to her heart as the blue one is slipping down. I’m not sure of what it means. One of my hypotheses is that Pink did consider Blue as one of her friends. But as time passed, as the blue flower slipped from her arms, they grew apart and their hatred from each other took over everything else. Still, her cutting her hair is strange. Maybe it symbolises her growing up and realising that once again, her happiness will be taken away from her. Maybe it symbolises her losing herself, losing her real identity, her criminal persona (the bunny one) winning over. Indeed, when she’s clad in her costume, she has a hood on, which hides her hair. But I’m not quite sure of that analysis. EDIT: In the end, I think that Pink cut her hair after Yellow's death and that we're watching two timelines overlapping each other. Her holding the flowers means that despite everything Blue's done, even if she resents him( as she lets the flower fall down), she still cares for him bc he was her friend. Which is desperately sad. What do you think? Note on how Yellow's representation in the story changed in the comments if you're interested! (thanks Ash Ludvigsen:) )
I really like this! It really does explain the plot in the beginning, i also agree that Blue might be possessive and troubled minded looking through the sketchbook tour's videos. his sense of unwelcome, urge to run away can really motivate him to kill Yellow to get the money reward. especially that Yellow seems to be giving himself away for him. As for Pink cutting her hair, i think it can also mean forgetting the past as it might've been haunting her since Blue took over. The foreshadowing of Blue, someone new, killing Yellow emotionlessly in her pov might've made her recall Yellow's parents' murder which are killed by emotionless people who couldnt even bother to understand their story
@@jjelbergaustigan8144 I took a look at the sketchbook video (thanks i didn't know there was one) and yeah you're right it does indicate that Blue does have behavior problems. I hadn't really noticed before but at one point, it's highlighted that Yellow tends to gravitate around Blue (I think he leaves a conversation with Pink as soon as he sees Blue). So yeah their relationship was not The Healthiest. As for Pink, now that I've thought about it, I think she cut her hair after Yellow's death. But i do agree that she did it as a way for her to deal with what was going on.
for such a short animatic, you managed to pack in one of the most beautiful plot lines i think i’ve ever seen. not to mention the animatic itself, which was just great. i really really love this
THIS IS AN AMAZING COMMENT!! I remember reading this poem and thinking of this song too so thank you for making the connection here I had forgotten about it :)
Basically blue comes into the group, yellow trusts him, pink is jealous, blue backstabs yellow (and kills him). Pink is the main character, "you took away my friend" is meant for blue, since blue killed yellow and yellow was her friend.
@@kiwieh1616 Alright I can understand THAT part… but what about the rest cause I have no idea what even happened in the beginning, and what happened a little bit later on
this blew my mind.. i thought it was just a wholesome animatic based on the cover.. but theres clearly more than that.. In such a short time you made a great story portrayed in the most minimalistic way possible..
tbh I thought it was going to be a dumb hoke joke about forcefully relocating someone in a wheelchair and their friend saying "you took away my friend" in the context of physical theft, rather than the social kind
Tbh, if I see a title so simple like “you took away my friend” and with caps for earth word, I’d think the video is going to be abt some very serious stuff. Plus, the title itself has an especially dark and grave tone, so I wouldn’t think it will be light-hearted at all
i am absolutely floored. that was phenomenal. the story telling, the visuals- everything. wonderfully abstract but straight to the point. i am so excited to see more from you.
It's so strange how accurate this story you made up is to what actually happened to my best friend, his mother, his girlfriend.. and me. He died from cancer, almost lost a leg too. His mom is still grieving, I asked him to send me a yellow butterfly as a sign, to which he did. So strange seeing this all drawn out like this. Brings up a lot of memories too.
@@friedketchup8988 thank you, it happened over a year ago now. I'm almost numb to it, but this video was really nice. He was really into drawing and art. I think he would've loved it. Feels like a piece of him is still here with me.

I am so glad this appeared in my youtube recommendation. There is so much stuff to unpack here and I just love your drawing, the animation, and the storytelling. Also, woah. This animation blew up with 2.2k views in 22 hours? :0 Congrats! Just an hour ago, it was below 1k. That's amazing and I'm happy for you!! Edit: Congrats to the animator for having so much spike in growth of their channel and in their videos, especially this one. 188k in 4 days is a LOT and it's awesome. Essay ahead because why not. I loved analyzing this animation 😆 Yo, so after pausing mostly every frame. What I interpreted from your story was that Orange came from a religious household and was sent to the church to be taken care of. Pink's mother was a criminal killer, that's why her lipstick was smudged like blood. Child pink and orange met each other at the church and even got closer as friends. Unfortunately, the orange character got into an accident that involved his parents dying and becoming an amputee as a result of losing his right leg from an argument with his friend. And despite that, Pink was there for him through thick and thin, even though she was blamed for the death of his parents. Pink and Orange grew closer to each other but Pink slowly developed unreciprocated romantic attraction that was left unsaid. (Or it could be platonic in the end. Up to interpretation so that's okay.) By night, they go out together and commit crimes. They are wanted and hunted, and offered out with a bounty reward. Along the way, they find someone and their color is Purple. By daylight or where they live their lives normally, they appear as caring and loving towards another but still have issues seeping from deep down. Another character was introduced and he was Blue. He was troubled but unlike the others. Orange helped him and welcomed him to their group, even if it took time. Even if Blue felt left out at first, he started opening himself up. He fell in love/or has a crush on the Orange character and they grew evermore closer because Orange likes him too. Pink didn't like this. And overtime, she grew jealous and resentful now that they've grown closer. Blue and Pink are at odds with each other. And I think Pink's frustration and jealousy grew stronger considering her childhood friend is taken away, and isolating them from spending further time. And I found it odd that Blue displayed traits of being manipulative and controlling. Rhe butterfly being pulled away from the pink flower was a good example, because to me, it symbolized him purposely pulling Orange Away from Pink. He has further control over who Orange gets to spend time with, hence why the butterfly was dragged away and taped to a wall. The end feels ambiguous, since it wasn't shown if Orange died or not. But I have interpretations. The blood across the poster could mean death. The butterfly being let go by the hand could mean two ways: 1) He was spared from Blue. 2) Or he was spared from the life or relationship/s he felt imprisoned in. And that could mean death. I personally think that's why this animation was titled, "You took Away my Friend". It not only talked about losing a childhood friend to someone else(whether they had any actual romantic feelings for him or just platonic), but also the death, the heartbreak, and the loss that occured. Also song title. Yep.
That was genuinely helpful, as cool as it looked I didn’t have a single clue what was going on (feel pretty bad as everyone in the comments section does)
I do think he (orange) was killed, I mean watching it but also Im going back at 1:00 (the frame between the swings and pink holding kid-orange's face) is i think him shot on the ground dead edit:mmmm maybe not since at the end with the gun scene orange is wearing a hoodie and the frame is just a t-shirt
i thought pink was with purple lmao, My interpretation was that Blue wanted to kill Yellow was cause he was a spy/ wanted the bounty. also "You took my friend away" could mean killing him too
My attempt at explaining it: Pink is a trans girl with a religious mom who is unhappy about her child's gender identity. We can tell from Pink's sad expression as she watches her mom pray, and how she cuts Pink's hair short in an attempt to make her more masculine. As evidenced by Pink's mom drinking with a man, and the picture of her and Pink breaking apart, it seems like Pink's mom turns to socializing and drinking to distract herself from her dissatisfaction with Pink. This causes the erosion of their relationship. We finally see Pink put on lipstick and smile in the mirror, representing her acceptance of her gender identity. Pink then meets Yellow and they become friends. There is some kind of shooting incident which leads to the deaths of Yellow's parents. We see Yellow and Pink running over to the incident, but Yellow is dragged away by Pink. Yellow points at Pink angrily, perhaps feeling like he could have helped his parents if Pink hadn't dragged him away. They fight, slipping and falling from the cliff into the water. Pink fishes Yellow out of the water, and we can see that he lost one leg in the fall. Pink carries Yellow to the hospital, and there is the image of a church burning, which I believe represents the loss of their innocence. While Yellow recovers in the hospital, he makes up with Pink, restoring their friendship. Yellow gets a prosthetic leg. The two, both with no family to rely on, turn to crime. They meet another wanted criminal, Purple, who joins the group. One day, while Pink is driving away from the police, she almost hits Blue, a missing boy named Jacob Evans. She introduces him to the group, and Yellow instantly forms a crush on him, causing Pink to feel jealous. Blue doesn't mesh with the group, but Yellow makes an effort to include him, which Blue seems uncomfortable with at first. As all the criminals have animal masks to hide their identities, they give Blue a cat mask. The group spends time hanging out together, and one night, when they're stargazing, Blue finally smiles. Yellow and Blue become a couple, but the heart formed between them is more yellow than blue, representing how Yellow has stronger affection for Blue than vice versa. Pink is shown to still be jealous. We see Blue standing by a mounted wolf head, representing Blue's intention to kill Yellow, who wears a wolf mask. We also see him hugging Yellow with a knife to his back, which is symbolism for how he'll "stab Yellow in the back." Finally, we see the flowers that represent the group, with one dead, and the bloodied hands of Blue. Blue killed Yellow. There is further confirmation of this when Blue plucks a yellow butterfly from a pink flower, displaying it with blue pins. The pink flower is Pink, and the yellow butterfly is Yellow, who was taken away from her by Blue. The image of Pink lovingly squeezing Yellow's cheeks as a child, turns to Blue with his arms around Yellow's neck. Between these images, we see Pink fighting Blue, prepared to drive a knife through him. This was likely Pink's reaction to finding out Blue killed Yellow. It isn't revealed if Blue survived the fight. Pink cuts her hair in mourning, which ties back to the beginning when her mother cut her hair. Pink lost her identity then, and without Yellow, she feels she has lost her identity again. The next part is a flashback to the group all hugging Blue, who doesn't hug back. This could be a time when Blue opened up about something traumatic, and they comforted him. Him not embracing them back could also be representative of how he kept them at a distance. Shortly thereafter, we see Yellow's wanted poster, with blood splattered underneath it. This could mean that Blue killed Yellow for the reward money. That might have been his intention from early on, due to how he resisted becoming close to them. Then, we see how Blue killed Yellow. The image is of Blue pointing a gun at Yellow, with tears streaming down his face. Yellow gives him a sympathetic smile. The last frame-the limp hand with the yellow butterfly on it-implies again that Blue did go through with killing Yellow. Yellow's wanted poster says "dead or alive," but my theory is that Blue had a traumatic past, which explains the hug scene and why he was (seemingly) a runaway in the first place. Although he tried not to get attached, Blue fell for Yellow, and he didn't know how to handle love due to his trauma. So, even though Blue could have turned in Yellow alive, his conflicting emotions drove him to kill Yellow and "get rid of the problem for good." The final scene is fitting for the heart from earlier-that represented how Yellow loved Blue more than vice versa-because Yellow only showed love to Blue, even when Blue was about to kill him. It could also be that, due to his troubled life circumstances, Yellow embraced death as a method of escape. The title of "You Took Away My Friend" references the song (of course), and how Blue not only took Yellow's attention away from Pink, but ultimately his life.
Holy shit This is- even better than incredible, words cannot express how much i love this, the animation, the drawings the story telling and the - just everything! This is so good, love every bit of it, I hope the algorithm hits it soon because this deserves so much more love, this is fantastic, keep up the great stuff, dude!

Too bad it had to sync with the music. I could barely comprehend what was happening. 4 flashes of events per second. I think the song should have been slowed down.
mygod, it's been awhile since I've seen such an amazing animatic in my recommendations. here's to hoping that this will blow up so many others can see this masterpiece!
So much just happened in under 2 minutes and with such wonderful storytelling. The colors are stunning, I love the lyrical interpretation and showcase of all their dynamics.
I kept watching this because its so good. At around 0:18 some sound that sounds like a siren started playing. The scene with the church and the fight felt more violent with this sound in the background, it was very fitting
Honestly was very confused about the addition of purple. We only see her when she’s healing Yellow. Otherwise she is just hanging out. Would’ve loved to see what part she played in this.
Sorry for the late response, but my theory is that Purple stopped hanging out after Yellow died, as he (i hc she/he as a he lol) saw the drama ensuing. He was most likely confused but once he got the jig of it he decided to just stop joining the group.
I'm sad to see this video after a year and know that we didn't have any more sequels, this story inspired me to write a book with this theme and I'm honestly grateful to the artist for Your content! Continue with your work please! You inspire many people! ❤
@@Noomy I'm Brazilian, and the book is being written in Portuguese, but I'm thinking about posting it in English too! If this idea comes forward, I will definitely share it!
God the story here is so intriguing, I'm so sorry for the upcoming ramble but I just keep rewatching this,, I'm assuming Pink's mother didn't accept her child's identity and looked to the church for support, where Pink met Yellow. Yellow accepted Pink, so someone (possibly Pinks parents? They could have thought it was Yellow influencing Pink) wanted to cut them out of Pink's life, and ended up killing Yellows parents. Yellow blamed Pink for it at first, which caused him to push Pink, but fell in a way that would have killed them if not for Pink. They left the church, became criminals, met Purple, and all was good. Pink stumbled upon and introduced Blue to the group, but later regretted it as Yellow fell in love with Blue, and Blue (purposefully?) kept Yellow away from the group. (btw I LOVE the symbolism of a blue hand picking a yellow butterfly off a pink flower, and tacking it to a wall.) After this I get a bit more confused though. Does Pink try to hurt Blue? Does he kill Yellow? did the single bullet actually fire? Maybe he attempted to kill him, but couldn't go through with it, and is forgiven by the group later on? Or are we only seeing this through the eyes of a girl who thinks her childhood friend is being stolen? I know I probably got most of this wrong, but I'm hoping we can learn more about this group eventually!! EDIT: Oh I also forgot to mention just how beautiful the animation is! The poses, the expressions, and the pops of color are just so nice,,,
I was looking for someone to explain it all so this was very helpful thank you so much!!! IDKk why but all went so fast I couldn't grasp onto the character's on the first watch.) For your explanation of the ending, I wanna expand :) I think it could be something along the lines of Yellow hurting Blue? The backstabbing scene for example (although I'm not 100% which characters are there). Pink holds the face of Young Yellow, but Blue is choking the older one, perhaps angry with how their relationship turned out or how Yellow hurt the group. When Pink holds the flowers the blue one is the farthest from the rest, and the group hug blue has their hands down instead of hugging the others. Also, Yellow has the wanted poster and is held at gunpoint by Blue, who's crying. Yellow hurt Blue in some way. My best guess is the way the song ends on the yellow butterfly after the gunpoint shot. It's entirely possible that Yellow had a mental condition (especially after being hospitalized) that made them manipulative or unsafe to their friends at a certain point. They hurt Blue (and maybe killed the others, not sure) and Blue was holding the gun to them in tears, but Yellow seems to be okay with it, and calm. Maybe they know they're messed up and are okay with Blue's choice. Also, there's a Yellow butterfly called Cloudless Sulphur Butterfly (i think I spelled it right) that's poisonous in its caterpillar stage. Maybe the butterfly was meant to be a beautiful poison to the group of flowers? Still just speculation though. This all is one big brain dump lol.
I like how Pink, Yellow and Purple all have wanted posters and get along well while Blue has a missing poster and is the one that gets kind of left out Not sure if its intentional but I think its neat

Some (maybe) fact according to the artist sketchbook: -Name: Yellow: Winston Pink: Kim Purple: Julie Blue: Jacob - Winston have a condition called "synaesthesia" and that lead him to see everyone's color, his mom also have that condition. - Jacob need to quote on quote "get away from everyone". That's why he run away, almost got hit by Kim, and beg Kim to not kill him and help him find a place to stay. - Jacob apparently doesn't like his name but Winston like it. -Jacob also seems to be a troubled kid as when someone said "you are a good person Jacob", Jacob thinks in his head "... I'm not". That's all I could say is fact Some appear on her sketchbook also show Kim have Jacob named on her phone as "Literally rat" in a fun friendly way and the whole group do goofy stuff togeter. Also, I think that Kim's mom want Kim to be a boy and pray to God she is a boy, not Kim a mtf as I don't think she have enough money to do that.
Synaesthesia is actually when your mind makes connection between two senses for exemple, when blue smells like chocolate in your mind. In the case of this character, he's associating people with colors. Thanks for the facts
The use of music, colour and visual story telling is impeccable. You can really feel that this has come from a true experience, this is one of the best pieces of art I have seen in recent times. Can’t wait to see more of your content!
This actually has nothing to do with the animation but when I first saw the thumbnail and title, it reminded me of a book I read called "See Ya, Simon" by David Hill. It's about a kid in a wheelchair who's suffering from an illness and the story is told through his best friend. It's really good!
I remember watching this a year ago, and by a turn of luck, I guess it’s been recommended to me again. I loved it the first time, the storytelling and art was phenomenally out of this world, love it the second time.
absolutely fantastic animatic!! I had to keep stopping to really take all those beautiful moments in fully, to process them and really appreciate their beauty as they form into this beautifully told story
Even if it’s a little hard to grasp at first, I really like the fast paced animation. I mean it is timed by the song but also it’s a wonderful display of how, we can replay this animatic over and over again to view the storyline in this day and age and create our own meaning through it.

So I've watched this about 10 times and I have cried each time-honestly I can't say anything that hasn't already been said about this, BUT, you're now a huge inspiration for me and I look very foward to more content of yours!
After checking out your old sketchbook videos, I feel like I can maybe understand a bit better of how each character works... I just wish I could have more of them, really. You've made very enticing narrative and characters 😊
OMG I REMEMBER OBSESSING OVER THIS ON INSTAGRAM OVER A YEAR AGO!! I even DMed the creator because of how much joy it gave me. So happy you finally posted it!
Everytime i hear this song i break out in tears. I think of Technoblade when i hear this song. And i think of all his friends, and family, and what they had to go through. Its sad. Fuck cancer. And rest in peace, King Technoblade
this is breathtaking. so good. i literally can't stop watching. i'm lazy about animating and this makes me wanna grab my tablet and just draw and animate anything. not only the drawing but also how you can manage to express so much with the colours and create so many emotions in less than 2 minutes. it's so inspiring
this is beautiful. I had to read a comment to fully understand a story and be able to develop my own ideas of what was happening and what it was about, but now that I understand, I cry every time I watch it. the storytelling and the details are in the animation are phenomenal. i don’t even know how else to explain it, it’s just beautiful.
the reusing of similar frames in the beginning and end (e.g. the bloody hands, the hair-cutting, the gun) is such a smart way to display old trauma and the feeling of history repeating itself with new trauma (at least that's how I interpreted it). so stunning
“What’s the kindest way to say, you took away my friend.” If anyone took away my best friend I don’t even know what I would do. (Im kinda in that situation rn.) For the past few days I’ve been lonely, I’ve barely had any appetite and all I can talk about is them rn. I miss them a lot, and being three states away from them (and being grounded) for Christmas break for the two whole weeks every year and missing their birthday every year kills a huge part of me every single time to the point where I don’t even like my own birthday, because they get to see me on that day every year while I don’t get to be with them on theirs. My best friend means a lot more to me than my very own life does. Almost 8 whole years of friendship that I don’t want to be put down the drain. I hope, pray, and beg to see them again. I hate having to play a guessing game every day, for a few days I’m positive I will see them again and the next week I’m upset again. I miss them. They’re apart of me, the other half of me. Im glued to them in every single way. I love and care for them so so much and I hope that they are doing well rn. Sorry for the small vent.
ehhe i see you took inspiration at 0:54 by Hotarubi no Mori e 👀 shows u got some good taste 🤝🏻 kinda, fitting to this story in a way tho, as the song sings about "what's the softest way to say, you took away my friend, my buddy", as her friend was taken from her as well,, man, am in my feels again now keep up the good work tho! 💕
This is such a good story! heres my understanding ( cough - essay - cough) for those that can't make sense of it: TLDR: Pink is trans and lives in a religious household. Yellow has gay parents. Pinks parents kill yellows parents. Yellow gets mad at pink for this and pink shoves yellow, they fall of a cliff and yellow gets injured and needs his leg ampuated. They repair their relationship in the hospital and then start to do crime. They then do crime with purple. Pink meets blue while she runs away from the police. Yellow loves blue at first sight. Pink is jealous. Blue heals with the gang. TIMESKIP Pink and blue's relationship worsens (becuase they both like yellow) and blue becomes obsessive over yellow. Blue kills yellow (somewhat reluctantly) becuase he's the only one who can have him. Pink cuts her hair and trys to kill blue for this. ~FAMILY~ PINK: trans (male to female), religious household Pinks mom always tries to keep a happy face as represented by her smiling in the mirror (0:17). She has an unhealthy relationship with her lover as shown by red scribbles on his face (0:13). She is also hates her trans daughter as shown by her breakdown at the very beginning (0:00) and cutting her hair. I believe this all causes her to reach her breaking point, as shown in the mirror shattering (0:20) and she ends up causing ~the altercation~. I believe the mirror shattering scene is a time skip and is meant to show her decline in mental health, with the following scene with pink showing how her mother's decline let her have a strained happiness/freedom as she wasn't paying as much attention to her. YELLOW: queer (he likes blue), gay parents (has 2 dads), religious household? I'm not really sure how they met since his parents are gay. I know at 0:22 it shows the church to set the scene but in the next scene pink is alone and yellow is holding onto one of his paren'ts hand so I'm not sure. ~THE ALTERCATION~ 0:24 - 0:30 We know pink's mom is at her breaking point and hates the gays. We also know that yellow's parents are gay. So, the loading the gun and yellow parent's holding the gun in the air is them prepareing themselves for pink's parents incoming violence. The next scene is them running away with yellow following behind, and the following scenes are them dying by pink's parent's hands (0:25). Then we see pink pulling yellow away, yellow pointing a acusing finger at pink becuase her parents killed his parents (0:26), pink gets mad and pushes him (understandable, she's literarily trans like her parents might have killed her too)(0:27), and they accidently fall of a cliff, they fall into water and pink pulls yellow out, yellow is injured and needs to amputate his leg. oh and the church is on fire? idk why, I think its more symbolic than the church actually being on fire. ~HOSPITAL~ I believe the hospital scene is also very important as it shows tons of flowers and get well soon items with yellow and pink in the middle. These sympathy items are ovbously very fake given the culture of the community they are in ophaned a child and might as well kill the other while they're at it. In the middle is pink and yellow with thier eyes closed, symbolising them rejecting the 'gifts' which also represents the start of them gaining the rebellious traits that led them to crime. They heal their relationship in the hospital as shown by the wheelchair scene. It's also important to note that they are alone in these scenes, abandoned by society. Pink's parents aren't here and non of their friends visit them. There is no interaction with others besides the fake sympathy gifts seen when yellow is bedridden. This might be one of the main reasons they turned to crime in the end, and then stayed in crime when they met purple, as purple helped relieve their loneliness. ~CRIME AND PURPLE~ I think it pretty easy to overlook purple but I believe she's why they decided to keep doing crime in the long run. They are loney and purple helps elevate that lonieness and bring love into their lives as shown by 0:37. Here, she is bandaging their wounds and providing the care they have never really had before. ~MEETING BLUE~ pink meets blue as shes driving away from the police and brings him back home. Blue's name is Jacob Evens. It's important to note that while pink, purple, and yellow all had 'wanted' on thier posters(0:36), while blue's says missing (0:41). While it's easy (and right) to hate on blue, we don't know why blue had been missing from home, it could be home issues, child trafficking, who knows? And being 'saved' by a gang of criminals did help his mental state, but it wasn't sustainable in the long run. ~ROMANCE~ When yellow meet's blue, its love at first sight, and while yellow was good for blue (0:44), blue was not good for yellow becuase he kills him in the end. Yellow loved blue at first sight and helped him the most with blue's mental health. Eventully blue's scribbles go away and turn into flowers (0:47) and can being to love yellow back (0:48), although the relationship is carried by yellow as seen in the majority of their shared heart being yellow. Pink is also jealous at 0:48. ~TIMESKIP 0:49 THE MURDER~ Things have gotten bad and everything is red. I'm guessing theirs a timeskip at pink's hair is longer (0:49) and all the flowers have wilted (0:52) 0:49 - we see pink and blue glaring at each other and they are both red. 0:50 - there is a head of a wolf on the wall and then we see that same wolf on yellow's mask I believe that blue killed yellow as an obsessive lover with a "I'm the only one who can have him" mindset. Pink and blue worsened rivarly and hatred for each other was the main contribution to blue's mindset. As their relationship got worse over yellow, blue became more obsessed and wanted yellow for himself. I think deep down he only had one bullet in the gun and was crying when he held to yellow (1:12). The aftermath is pink trying to stab blue (1:03) and pink cutting her hair (1:12). Note that pink get's her hair cut two times, and both times is due to her "driving" someone to madness and that someone killing someone in yellow's family. Their first time is her mom killing yellows dads due to being driven insane from her hatred of her trans daughter. The second is blue killing yellow due to his obesseion caused by pink's love for yellow. Both times she did nothing wrong (being trans and falling in love), but she face severe reprocussion for it, which is why "you took my frien away" could be pink saying that to her mom and blue, or pink saying it to herself. Also note the use of knives and guns. Guns have been used in defence and reluctence, something to use in the end, as a last resort. While knives have been used as a threat and in hatred. I appricate how the normal uses of knives and guns are reversed and I feel it adds to the uncanny nature in this animation. That's all I got! Let me know if you want me to add my flower/butterfly symbolism interperation!
This is so...beautiful. I didn't even notice most of the religious meanings in this that you pointed out, and most certainly didn't notice the (2nd) hair cutting details, you've got a sharp eye!
I went though the animatic in slow motion so here’s the gist (I think): Pink’s mom cried because Pink is trans, she cut her hair to oppress her. Then Pink’s mom met a guy, her step dad. Then I’m church pink met yellow and they began being friends, Pink’s mom though they where together (dating) and spiraled out of control, and she and the step dad went after the two trying to kill them. Yellow got the gun away from the step dad and shot the mom, the step dad tried to kill yellow but people showed up because of the gunshot and subdued the step dad. Yellow and pink ran away from the scene and yellow blamed pink in a panic because he just took a life. During the fight they tripped and fell of a cliff, which took yellow’s leg. [ I think the wanted posters are symbolism of their animal personality equals, bunny for pink and I think panther for yellow]. After a while they welcomed in purple into their friend group, and then yellow met blue and fell in love with him. Blue was struggling inside because of a reason u known, but yellow helped him out of it. Pink got jealous of yellow spending more time with blue, and that cause blue to spiral again and kill yellow ( I think). Correct me If I’m wrong!
This story threw me for several hoops trying to get exactly what's going on. But after going through it several times, I think I have something... So, it appears the story begins with Pink in their religious household. His mother is going through some stuff, and my best guess is that Pink isn't acting like most young boys. The lipstick bit with Pink seems to imply he is exploring his gender identity. I think Pink was born male, and wishes to be female. I think? Could be why his mother cuts his hair so short. The mother seems to believe more time at church will help Pink. This is where Pink meets Orange. They hit it off and become super close based off the fact that their colours blend together in the hugging frame. It looks like there's a shooting at the church. Someone is killed, and Pink and Orange try to escape. Orange is hurt, and gets mad at Pink for... Something? It's not really clear, but maybe Pink was a reason why they were attacked. Then there's a little struggle, and they fall. Pink saves his life, and we see them in the hospital where they seem to make amends about what happened. When they grow older, they begin a life of crime together. Pink wears the bunny mask, and Orange wears the wolf mask (this distinction is important later). They incorporate a new friend, Purple, into their little gang. It seems to be implied that Pink was feelings for Orange, but it's never clear if they are merely platonic, or if they are reciprocal romantic feelings. One night, Pink is out doing.... Something? She's sitting in a car with police lights around, she goes to leave and almost hits a new character, Blue. He goes with her. The missing poster implies that Blue, or Jacob Evans, has either been kidnapped because he saw too much, or joined them and did it without telling anyone. Blue meets Orange, and it seems Orange falls for Blue. Pink is unhappy about this development. Blue and Orange seem to be in a relationship (based on how they make one complete heart in one frame). Blue isn't fully integrated in the group, but Orange makes sure to include him and Blue starts to feel like one of them. He is given a cat mask. Then, this is where the story gets dicey and a little hard to follow. The short version is: Blue decides to betray Orange for the reward money, and Orange isn't even angry and dies. Pink is mad at Blue for taking away her friend, and there is a fight. Here's the evidence as to why I think that's what happens. There's a scene with Blue standing in a room with a wolf head mounted on the wall. It indicates that Blue is going to kill Orange and his death will be put on display. Also, the backstabbing image is Blue holding a knife behind the wolf masks (Orange) back. He makes Orange "go away" when he reveals his true intentions, this is why Blue lifts the cat mask and the Orange butterfly flies away. The Orange butterfly is taken from the flower, and pinned on the wall for display (the pins are also blue, meaning it was Blue's doing). The last bit with Blue holding the gun to Orange, seems to be Blue struggling to pull the trigger because he does love Orange. Orange isn't angry, and just lets it happen. Pink is, understandably, furious and seeks revenge. She cuts her hair, maybe meaning she is trying to move on or distance herself from who she was. When she's holding all the flowers, it could mean that they're all dead? Considering how earlier a flower was cut to represent Orange having a leg amputated, this could mean the same thing. I don't know why Pink would kill Purple and Blue, but... Maybe? There's also a flash of Pink holding Orange's face when he was a child, and then it switches to Blue holding and adult Orange's neck. Showing she was kind of replaced in a way, but Blue's intentions weren't entirely pure. This story has the potential to tell many stories depending on how you interpret it. Mine is just a best guess at what's going on, and some details are really ambiguous. My theory about Pink being male to female could be wrong, and it may be that Pink's mother just kept her hair short for some religious reason or it's implying Pink has no control and her mother is in control. But it doesn't affect the overall story however it's interpreted. The ending is a little harder to interpret, and I honestly don't know what's happening a lot of the time at the end. This is a great story told with mostly colours and symbolism. I love how it could mean so many things, and how different and yet similar everyone's interpretations are.
I had a slightly different interpretation of the ending. I think blue was saved from the cops by pink, yet blue has some kind of vendetta against the criminal organization that these kids have created, and pink suspects blue of being a traitor when she notices how relatively cold blue is toward orange. She thinks about what she might be able to do about this. She considers killing blue, but ultimately decides on a plan which will protect everyone (represented by the image of her holding the flowers and hugging the group even if blue doesn't hug back.) and decides to cut her hair in order to impersonate orange. When blue goes to follow through on his plan to kill orange for the Bounty, he only finds pink, who was willing to put her life and heart on the line to protect orange. This also outs pink as trans to blue at the same time. We end on blue, in shock, unable to shoot pink.
This comment was very helpful after my first watch through but I went back and individually analyzed every frame and I’d like to add on with my own interpretation. So we see these wanted posters for pink orange and purple, but the poster we see when pink meets blue is a missing poster. Then blue is very stand-offish and distant from the group, but orange makes him get comfortable, which we see the swirl eventually turn into a flower like the rest of them. Personally, I think the frames of pink holding the flowers and the group hug is showing that pink was the one holding them together, pink brought them together into this like found family. But blue clearly ran away from something, and while he did like the group he still wants to get away. I believe blue needed the money from the reward so he killed orange. And because orange loved him he let it happen like you said. I’m not entirely sure of the ending but it does seem like pink gets revenge and takes out blue. Amazing comment and amazing animation though.
UA-cam recommends me every time I’ve opened it the past week and I watch this multiple times every time. The animation, the flashing pictures, the characters, the art. There’s so much story and this video isn’t even 2 minutes long. You are seriously so talented dude this is amazing and addictive
The storytelling in this was phenomenal. The way the whole thing was shown through colors- I could feel the shame tied to bright red and the love tied to pastels and how those mixed, it was just... Stunning

He used a bunch of bots. Lol.
But hey it's still good. Just had to get it on the algorithm
I think he died, cause of the image of the wilting flowers but one was red
This story is about betrayal, in both love and friendship.
Here's my take on it; there's just one thing that I struggle to understand (see at the end). First thing that I noticed is that the first few drawings are colourless; the first colour that we see is bright red. We can already tell that the story is not going to end well.
1)PINK’S BACKSTORY
The first characters to be introduced are Pink as a child and her mother.
2) MEETING WITH YELLOW
Pink and yellow are introduced to the colour palette as Pink and Yellow meet at church.
3) YELLOW’S BACKSTORY
As we’ve previously established, Pink and Yellow were both raised in a very religious town.
4) THE FIGHT
Hands covered in blood, Yellow is overwhelmed with guilt. (EDIT: I was mistaken Yellow has been half blind since the beginning)
The church is in flames: I think it symbolises both the suffering that it caused them and them rejecting their upbringing.
5) REJECTING SOCIETY ; A LIFE OF CRIMINALS
So they both become criminals: Pink takes on a bunny mask and Yellow a wolf one. They meet Purple who hides behind a bear personna. Three friends against the world, laughing together and bandaging their wounds. A bouquet of three flowers of their respective colours symbolises the links that tie them together
6) MEETING WITH BLUE
As soon as the colour blue is introduced to the screen, we know Pink and Blue are not going to be the best of friends.
7) YELLOW AND BLUE
First thing first, I wanted to say that yellow and blue mixed together makes green, which is the complementary colour of pink.
8) PINK’S RESENTMENT
I do think that Pink doesn’t like Blue bc she loves Yellow too.
9) BLUE’S PLOTTING
It then cuts to Blue, still clad in red, gazing at a wolf’s head on the wall, something in his hands.
10) YELLOW’S DEATH
I’ve seen a lot of people wondering whether or not Yellow died.
11) SHOT THAT I DIDN’T UNDERSTAND
The shot where Pink cuts her hair at 1:06 is interesting.
I think you're a genius i hope this comment is on top every time i come back so I can reread it.
absolutely beautiful, you my friend have unpacked greatness
bro literally wrote a whole essay and got all that shit correct
for such a short animatic, you managed to pack in one of the most beautiful plot lines i think i’ve ever seen. not to mention the animatic itself, which was just great. i really really love this
agreed.
I dont think its anywhere near beautiful... If anything its depressing which is still cool
not literally beautiful, just really well made and touching, ya know?

This poem always brings me to tears
Everyone: “OMG, THIS IS SUCH A GOOD STORYLINE”
Me: “I have no idea what’s going on, and I’m too afraid to ask”

Basically blue comes into the group, yellow trusts him, pink is jealous, blue backstabs yellow (and kills him). Pink is the main character, "you took away my friend" is meant for blue, since blue killed yellow and yellow was her friend.

this blew my mind.. i thought it was just a wholesome animatic based on the cover.. but theres clearly more than that..
Plus, the title itself has an especially dark and grave tone, so I wouldn’t think it will be light-hearted at all
Yeah

i am absolutely floored. that was phenomenal. the story telling, the visuals- everything. wonderfully abstract but straight to the point. i am so excited to see more from you.

I’m so sorry 😢❤
@@friedketchup8988 thank you, it happened over a year ago now. I'm almost numb to it, but this video was really nice. He was really into drawing and art. I think he would've loved it. Feels like a piece of him is still here with me.
@@TheEmmaVee He truly sounds like a kind and gentle person. I hope he gets the peace he deserves. And I hope that yellow butterfly will always be there to comfort you
I am so glad this appeared in my youtube recommendation.
I loved analyzing this animation 😆
Yo, so after pausing mostly every frame.
Up to interpretation so that's okay.)
By night, they go out together and commit crimes.
Yep.
That was genuinely helpful, as cool as it looked I didn’t have a single clue what was going on (feel pretty bad as everyone in the comments section does)
I do think he (orange) was killed, I mean watching it but also Im going back at 1:00 (the frame between the swings and pink holding kid-orange's face) is i think him shot on the ground dead
edit:mmmm maybe not since at the end with the gun scene orange is wearing a hoodie and the frame is just a t-shirt
i thought pink was with purple lmao,
My interpretation was that Blue wanted to kill Yellow was cause he was a spy/ wanted the bounty.
also "You took my friend away" could mean killing him too
i was looking for a comment like this. this is great
@@Rainbowraine Interesting analysis for the Blue character and the song title too! I like it
My attempt at explaining it:
Pink is a trans girl with a religious mom who is unhappy about her child's gender identity.
Wow thanks for all the explanations!
This was beautiful!
Thank you SO MUCH- Wonderful explanation!
thank you. it makes sense now. i'd love to think this is indeed the interpretation.
My religious family loves me despite me being transgender. I hate this bad wrap religious people get from this community

i have always had trouble picking up on implications, i need things directly explained in great detail to fully understand them so while i am not 100% sure what the story is here, the art is amazing. It was extremely well done, the colors being assigned to characters was very neat (:
Yeah I have the same problem, specially when everything is going fast
me too and i get stressed out without knowing the story. not theories but the genuine story
@@サナ-j5i Omg that stresses me out even more! I like it when the author leaves room for interpretation but as much as I like theories I also genuinely want to know the story they meant to tell
@@screech9416 yeah! it leaves me with many questions unanswered and i cannot handle it xD BUT i am an artist myself and often make art without giving a story, it's more like trying to evoke an emotion and leave it up for interpretation. i have ocs in process though aside, but yeah haha
Too bad it had to sync with the music. I could barely comprehend what was happening. 4 flashes of events per second.
I think the song should have been slowed down.
mygod, it's been awhile since I've seen such an amazing animatic in my recommendations. here's to hoping that this will blow up so many others can see this masterpiece!
i've watched entire seasons of television and felt less attached than I did to these characters that have less than 2 minutes of animation, well done
WHAT HAPPENS TO PURPLE, IM GENUINELY CRYING OVER THIS.

God the story here is so intriguing, I'm so sorry for the upcoming ramble but I just keep rewatching this,,
I'm assuming Pink's mother didn't accept her child's identity and looked to the church for support, where Pink met Yellow.
(btw I LOVE the symbolism of a blue hand picking a yellow butterfly off a pink flower, and tacking it to a wall.)
After this I get a bit more confused though.
The poses, the expressions, and the pops of color are just so nice,,,
yes.
I was looking for someone to explain it all so this was very helpful thank you so much!!! IDKk why but all went so fast I couldn't grasp onto the character's on the first watch.)
For your explanation of the ending, I wanna expand :)
I think it could be something along the lines of Yellow hurting Blue?
@@AJcantdomuch I think blue was the one stabbing yellow cus he's the one with freckles
this...this whole paragraph along with the comments under it is such a beautiful interpretation of the story, I absolutely adore this
@@AJcantdomuch yeah, I noticed the butterfly and it was a really good analogy to reflect on the story!

i know that there's a deeper storyline here i'm too tired to go through frame-by-frame, but to me this feels so accurate to what its like to have a close friend who enters a relationship and completely forgets about you
That was actually beautiful, you managed to put an amazing story in just 1:30 minutes. Kudos to you
I know that this is a short animation, but I would pay so much money to see this get adapted into a 12 episode animated series. I would love to have this story expanded on
I had a lot of friends taken away from me, in fact many ghosted me, some decided it would've been fun to forget about me, it was not a good experience, as time went on I lost existence, purpose, and lied about myself being fine I never was, I became an attention seeker, people pleaser, the golden child I was, hypervigilant, destroyed by narcissistic and toxic people around me, therapy isn't working to well, sometimes I feel like I lose time, I'm pushing people away, I'm am the scapegoat of my family, it ends up making me feel like I need hugs and compliments but I don't treat them like I it exists anymore, so I don't know what to do anymore just overthinking and to stop my feelings of loneliness, I need friends I never wished to be alone, lonely or even by myself I need emotional help

pink cuts her hair at 1:05 possibly to look more like blue??
I'm so glad I choose to watch this video when I saw it in my reccomendations. It leaves such a viscous, sad, incomparable feeling. I'm watching it for the hundredth time and I'm not going to stop.
Some (maybe) fact according to the artist sketchbook:
-Name:
Yellow: Winston
Pink: Kim
Purple: Julie
Blue: Jacob
- Winston have a condition called "synaesthesia" and that lead him to see everyone's color, his mom also have that condition.
I'm not".
That's all I could say is fact
Some appear on her sketchbook also show Kim have Jacob named on her phone as "Literally rat" in a fun friendly way and the whole group do goofy stuff togeter.
The way i almost cried nothing the mininum about these characthers shows how amazing this story telling / animation is,

Even if it’s a little hard to grasp at first, I really like the fast paced animation. I mean it is timed by the song but also it’s a wonderful display of how, we can replay this animatic over and over again to view the storyline in this day and age and create our own meaning through it.
in such a short tme you managed to make me laugh cry and angry, all of this was very life changing. i went into this as a jobless brokie who could not find anyone to love but now i have a happy family and everything is better in 1:23 minutes

Dude, you make me cry
the reusing of similar frames in the beginning and end (e.g. the bloody hands, the hair-cutting, the gun) is such a smart way to display old trauma and the feeling of history repeating itself with new trauma (at least that's how I interpreted it). so stunning
“What’s the kindest way to say, you took away my friend.”
If anyone took away my best friend I don’t even know what I would do. (Im kinda in that situation rn.)
For the past few days I’ve been lonely, I’ve barely had any appetite and all I can talk about is them rn.

Never cried this easily. bro that was amazing
This is such a good story! heres my understanding ( cough - essay - cough) for those that can't make sense of it:
TLDR: Pink is trans and lives in a religious household.
~FAMILY~
PINK: trans (male to female), religious household
Pinks mom always tries to keep a happy face as represented by her smiling in the mirror (0:17).
~THE ALTERCATION~ 0:24 - 0:30
We know pink's mom is at her breaking point and hates the gays.
~HOSPITAL~
I believe the hospital scene is also very important as it shows tons of flowers and get well soon items with yellow and pink in the middle.
~CRIME AND PURPLE~
I think it pretty easy to overlook purple but I believe she's why they decided to keep doing crime in the long run. They are loney and purple helps elevate that lonieness and bring love into their lives as shown by 0:37. Here, she is bandaging their wounds and providing the care they have never really had before.
~MEETING BLUE~
pink meets blue as shes driving away from the police and brings him back home.
~ROMANCE~
When yellow meet's blue, its love at first sight, and while yellow was good for blue (0:44), blue was not good for yellow becuase he kills him in the end.
~TIMESKIP 0:49 THE MURDER~
Things have gotten bad and everything is red. I'm guessing theirs a timeskip at pink's hair is longer (0:49) and all the flowers have wilted (0:52)
0:49 - we see pink and blue glaring at each other and they are both red.
0:50 - there is a head of a wolf on the wall and then we see that same wolf on yellow's mask
I believe that blue killed yellow as an obsessive lover with a "I'm the only one who can have him" mindset.
The way this person made this absolute masterpiece then never posted again pains me.
Gave me chills. Not only chills, but now I'm severely depressed. Way to go, my guy! 👍
This helps… i think i kind of understand it now… but isn’t pink a guy ?
@@soldwyn pink is definitely a trans girl.
@@sisyphusmarble8460 whoa that is an amazing interpretation
