There are very few “memory” pieces left in my head. I use an iPad to display my music. I play in restaurants and am always adding to my music lists. The way I maintain them is every week I pick a different 40 songs from my list and work on them for a week. After my gig that week I pick another 40 pieces. This way I work through my entire current music list in a little over a month. I’m also always working on new arrangements to add to the list. It is keeping me busy in my retirement 😀.

Hay Carl, yes I recognized the last name but not the first since it was your wife’s 😀. Great to hear from you. Retired to Myrtle Brach after working for the ymca my entire career around the country. I’m enjoying my music now. Playing at several venues weekly (with a mask on now haha). And making an occasional UA-cam video. Married with 3 adult children in different parts of the country. Always nice to reconnect with people from the past. Stay safe. Keep in touch. Trying to work on a few more videos😊.
@@mpeltz1534 Myrtle Beach. Very nice. We’re not too far away. We have a home in Emerald Isle, NC. We still have our home in NJ, but after I retired we bought a second home with the intention to move there permanently. A few irons are still in the fire in NJ, but we’re hoping to make the move in a year or 2. We spent a good part of the year in NC, what with the COVID running rampant in some areas. Came back for Doctor and vet appts. Hope to get back down shortly after Christmas. I see a few old classmates, some still in the area. Some unfortunately have left too soon. Be good, keep in touch. I love your choice of songs, some from old 8 tracks still in my head. Others from past concerts.
Emerald Isle is a beautiful area. You will enjoy it when you get to live there. I have not been in touch with many of our classmates. Nice to connect though. Have a great Thanksgiving. Stay in touch.
