@Janu Yarra I prepare my own oil with fenugreek seeds, aloe Vera, rosemary and sesame seeds. I use it in the scalp and hair for a complete hour before washing my hair. I also use oil in a little amount to put on my hair (not scalp only hair ) every other day or every two days to avoid dryness in my hair in this winter.

Soak some Fenugreek in one glass of water for five minutes....then boil the same.... after boiling, let it cool.... meanwhile, take one onion and grind it in a mixer then strain the onion juice and mix it with the Fenugreek boiled water....use this tip for five to eight days.....no need to use any shampoo.... normal water wash is enough
When can we use this and how many time in a week should we use this water before going for a bath or else can we use this as a spray the whole day and next day morning can we wash it with shampoo ?
