My gosh that is interesting…you are a man of the times then. I’m glad I could send you a break window into it.. it’s one on my favorite places in the southwest. It’s simply stunning. I bet a lot has changed however on the contrary in fifty years as well…
Mr. OutBackJack, Nice beginning. I liked the montage. And the music sets a good tone. That road looks somewhat maintained. And all those fenced areas, are owned by someone ? It will be nice to see what that area looks like without all the snow on the ground. Thanks also for letting us that don't know, what certain things mean.(chinking) Stay Safe, my friend.
yes I agree, I have no shortage of places I need to revisit..every time I see a site or go exploring I end up finding more about or learning more from old timers I ask. I think there’s more in the hills I could not access too(well I know). I’ve got a really cool overnight to a really unexplored ghost town high up near an alpine lake old barber chairs are still in the shops from what I know.. glad you watched and enjoyed! thank you Mike! btw I’m out in Libby rn crossed the idaho border today for some exploring. stay tuned😊
I have been in there, it's real cool area and there is some more farther up the canyon.i had been in some cool areas this summer on our annual summer trip.the pioneer scenic highway is not a plowed road and you will need to wait to see but better hurry cause it's almost all fallen down
Wow, awesome to see a fellow outdoorsman viewing my video and taking interest! Thanks man. This area is very unique and interesting I totally agree. I think it takes the cake so far in regards to most of my exploration. Pioneer scenic highway..? I’m going to look into that and see if I can research a route. I’ll follow you as well, hope to run into you on the trails and safe travels, you have some interesting content btw👍
Yeah talking with the older guys on the road they tell me the EPA has been demolishing a lot and others are buying the land and don’t appreciate the history. It’s a rough deal. Makes me sad a generation ahead of mine may not even know the history of the land and the territory Montana was. I research a lot and come to find out on some sites I’m a handful of years behind. However there’s some really interesting people proud of their land and the history on it that leave it be and are happy to show you around. Lots of neat stories between cardwell and Coolidge. I am forsure first big thaw heading up that way to Polaris/Coolidge. super interested in that claim! I bet you got some very neat stories around these parts
Corbin railroad trestle, last site I was at ran into a nice resident that told me to go out there on the ranch and take a look. Explained about the arsenic and how the epa demoed the old mill. It’s in my playlist. Not much traffic on that specific video but I liked it was a good day poking around.
Excellent, beautiful area ; thanks for the trip 😎🤩⭐️
Well I’m glad you enjoyed it sir, stunning area very cool riding those roads! Thank you

@@MountainWestProductions I believe that's south of butte, the Milwaukee railroad went through there if I remember correctly
