    I remember when Ye said he used to try and imitate ‘bad boy’ label producers. Sounds like he was very effective in the 90’s. Then he found his own style with soul sampling. So creative.

      Not really. They sound like mid to late 90s east coast beats. A couple of them are even remakes of beats from other popular songs at the time. Early 2000s was a different sound then this, this is very 90s and very good.
