- I went creek fishing for brook and brown trout with spinners. I joined Hardman Fishing Adventures for some trout fishing in the creek. We caught 3 different kinds of trout. We both used Joe's Flies spinners to catch these trout. The water was crystal clear and cold. We ditched the chest waders and did some wet wading. It was a warm day so the cold water felt great. This was my first time fishing this particular creek. The fish were gorgeous and so was the scenery. I will definitely fish this creek again in the future. Hopefully next time I can catch a bigger brown trout :)

So much fun watching you guys out in small not so noticeable creeks tossing lure then BAM! hooking up with doubles. Keep it up with videos folks will see one then another then 50 or 60. Thanks for the quick gear show and tell makes it easier for us to copy to a point. Took a closer look at lure , nice Joe's has a small treble trailer..now I know how they stay on most of the time..nice touch that treble hook.

So glad I found Joe’s flies last year. I’ve had them come hit it when it hits water just a fly, before even starting the retrieving. Also hitting them once it spins too of course
I live in NH and there are some beautiful rivers. Vermont and Maine are great too but Maine is fly fishing only in a lot of rivers. I dont know if you fly fish though. Great vid!
I caught a minnow or just really small trout or something on a 2-3 inch spinner

I’m struggling real bad, been trying most of the day too, thinking I might be missing bites as most of the time the bait is gone
Don't give up. Try different baits/lures and different techniques. Explore new water too. Good luck!

Tothemoon I’ve heard that one near me is stocked but I’m not sure when. Also idk what trout behavior is during the summer. Do trout hang out in deep water during summer?
Jonalexxx you should be able to check on a fisheries webpage when they stock them.
Some could be twice a year, maybe.
I’ve tried stocked lakes obviously haven’t caught any trout lol but I’ve had numerous catfish and pike minnow whilst trying to get trout.
Tried rivers also and I actually felt more likely to caught trout than in the stocked lakes, plus I love running water and the mystery of what you might actually catch.
To date though I’ve tried different baits, places, leader line length, floats, bottom feeding, spinners, rooster tails, spoons, ummm 😑 yeah no trout

You have inspired me to get into fishing as a hobby. I love you're videos and have noticed you use your 6ft Premiere UltraLite. Would this Rod, reel and line you use be a good choice for a beginner? I'd be fishing small lakes and creeks.
I would go with a light action or maybe even medium light for an "all around" rod. Depends on the species of fish you're after. I would go with 6 lb fluorocarbon line.
