  • We summited Nevado Chachani on 3rd of November 2022! Maksym Siegienczuk and Lea Opitz were the first people to ride unicycle downhill from such a high mountain. James Fisher had one of his first unicycling attempts at the summit. We spent one night at an elevation of 5175m in tents. At 1am we woke up to climb the summit. On the same day we rode all the downhill back to a place where a car picked us up. We did the whole tour unguided and carried sleeping gear, water and food (maybe that was the hardest part :D )

How dare you don't give info about the unicycles you use in the video description, after such a magnificent, breathtaking montage! 😂

@@leaopitz98 Thanks for the info. I was wondering, I'm new to unicycling, but I want to learn mountain unicycling soon. Since I'm a tall guy (1.9m) should I go for a 29 inch instead of a 27,5 inch ? I see a lot of MUNI video with 27,5 inch unicycles, but all riders seem to be either average or small, or women of course. Anyway, simply asking just in case you may have an opinion on this, it's a challenge I want to try one day ! Again, great vid ! :D

@@yanickgenest1324 It depends on how you want to ride. For flow trails and speed a 29 inch would be better. For technical trails and jumps etc I´d recommend the 27.5 inch. For me riding is always easier with a smaller wheel.
