I think their number is an average... so, say a few LEOs get suppressors. Their wait time is going to be extremely short. For obvious reasons. And when it gets incorporated into average? It majorly skews the number.
The wait times are only fast if you get an instant nics response otherwise it goes on the pile. Also, if you applied prior to February it’s the old system, not new where people are seeing fast approvals.
I just talked to them. They wouldn't answer questions about the pistol brace rule, forced reset triggers or bump stocks. I also called on my approval for my can that's been 11 months waiting. They blamed the fbi on the background checks taking so long and told me to refer to the web page to answer. My other questions. She wouldn't speak on anything I asked whatsoever other than throwing the fbi under the bus
It should take 0 days.
Damn, right!
They can’t even get them in stock let alone the wait time from atf.
As of yesterday mine was approved in 146 days. Even then, SilencerShop didnt update, it was via direct email from ATF.
That’s fantastic I’m pushing 190 days for my second suppressor
I am at 106 or 108 days man, I just want it soon!! This wait IS STUPID!
The ATF website itself currently says 89 days
Yeah, I noticed as complete bullshit for those. I’ve been waiting for over 200+ days. I’m now at 232 days for my second suppressor.
@@Rob_ShootGotcha, that sucks
Sitting here at a whopping 17 months and 9 days the fed bois are yanking my chain for sure
@@Kalashhandler holy shit!
@@Rob_Shoot turns out my shit was approved since January of this year and just sat there until about two weeks ago.
i got 2 suppressors batch-approved in under 60 days
Niiiiice

good information thank you!
Glad it was helpful!
My last one (submitted paperwork in 2021) took exactly eleven months.
Wow, that’s the first time I’ve heard it’s under a year. But still it’s ridiculous.
Heard of one taking 5 months. And another 378.

Thanks for the info bro.
No problem man

Thats nonsense.
