He did know, he had to give it to Loki so that Odin would send Thor (to stop Loki) using dark magic, which would weaken him, so that he could go to the hard to pronounce place to make the dwarves make him a gauntlet without getting attacked by Asgard
So I originally was going to do endgame Thanos, and they were talking ONLY about the power stone when talking about any of the stones, saying it was the first one they had found, so I figured fuck it, that's a joke now
They actually didn't intend for that to be the mindstone intentionally. It was actually retconned in 2014's why it was blue originally. They specifically had a scene in avengers 2 where it is taken out of the scepter and it turns yellow immediately. It's stupid.
you would think after the first time left him scarred and deformed he would have learned something. BUT NO!! second time he paralyzed himself long enough for Vader to pick him up and throw him down a reactor shaft. you'd think the lesson would have stuck. BUT NO!! He still wanted to try cosplaying Vecna from stranger things by channeling a entire thunderstorm.
That is an interesting point... Why did you give it to this guy, you really wanna see your good idea turned into a boring unfunny bit, this guy doesnt even understand what makes these types of videos funny, he is all over theI feel place and never hitting it ever, like a nerdy virgin his first time with a girl... I hope to see someone do the triple shock Sidius one day but not this guy, he is like a boring AI you upload your caontent and he turns it into the worst possible version you can imagine its not even accidentally funny, its so bad its not even so bad its kinda funnny it falls short of even that, like a 5 yr old telling a story he heard someone else telland he doesnty know what a setup is or a punchline, why do a split screen and perform different characters if they are just going to sound exactly the same, even when one is a giant brute and the other a girl, how hard is it to make a silly girl voice, and dont perform the scene if your not going to at least try to "act” the like the characterr, and I truly dont undersand what the narrator was, why was there someone telling Thanos about his own story, as a matter of fact in. end game when the potential for such thing to take place he doesnt even cover it, This is just a hipster read
"Uh, sir? The rebels blew up our death star by shooting a torpedo down an exhaust port." "What the hell do you mean? An exhaust port could destroy the whole station?! That's completely absurd! If that was in a movie I'd call the writer a hack!" The engineers were also aware but they knew that their superiors would throw them under the bus for the same reason. Apparently everybody was too afraid of getting tortured to speak up or do anything about it."

Thing is after watching Endgame(I was gonna do that before infinity war) I saw them talk about the powerstone as if it was the only stone they had found, so I thought fuck it
It's interesting to look back and see how it was at several points it was the heroes' egos that actually prevented them from stopping thanos, like starlord losing his shit and and waking thanos up, or thor not going for the instant kill headshot on purpose to he can gloat to thanos about killing him

I always thought Thanos knew the mind stone was in the scepter and gave it to Loki because he could easily retrieve it earlier But him not knowing that is hilarious 😂
What I also like is the evil plan sounding like a great idea from the villain's POV. Conquer the world? Well the world isn't the best place anyway, so you have to reorganize it. Everyone else are so rude.
thanos: wait, that wizard used a magic portal to cut off your hand? oh my god that could be used to completely nullify the infinity gauntlet and render me nearly powerless, hope i never have to face off against anyone with the power to open and close portals
Just wanna say, I'm sure you can tell from analytics, but THIS particular video I really look forward to. Definitely think your onto something big I'm subscribbing.
Honestly this video in particular is doing less good than my previous ones but it's okay, just gotta be patient, I think this video is pretty good and I'm proud of the work
Agent Smith from The Matrix, Emperor Palpatine, Borg Queen in First Contact, The Wizard from The Wicked Years, Davros from Doctor Who, Vulture from Homecoming (wait. This kid dating my daughter.... jesus christ), Fisk from Into the Spider-Verse I know these aren't all gold. Instead of telling me why one of these is a bad idea, comment below with what you think is a better one you would replace it with
The Mind Scepter thing actually does make some sense. Thanos was simply hoping to use the power of one stone to help collect another. He essentially does this in Infinity War by using the insane power within the Power Stone to make collecting the others way easier. If you have a stone with the ability to mind control and manipulate others, who makes more sense to give it to? The mad titan or a trickster god? He knew Loki wouldn’t stand a chance collecting the tesseract and opening the portal to his army by himself, so he gave him the stone to help he do it. The main reason it was probably in a scepter to begin with was so nobody else would know it was an infinity stone. If Loki knew he had one of the strongest relics in all the existence, he might have ran away with it, but if he just thought he had a powerful staff, he would probably stick to the plan and return it when he gave the tesseract to Thanos.
My friend mentioned this, I think it could be fun too, just later on down the line when I'm more established and know the audience will watch the video, because I honestly don't know that much about it and I'd need to do a lot of research. I'm trying to stick to just movies for now, because it's just easier to do
This film was already from Thanos' perspective. He's the main character of Infinity War and that's why it works as a film, filled with other characters with their own backstories.
Thanos would have been way more effective if he wished everyone to become one foot tall forever. Although it’s a good thing the gauntlet didn’t have a ‘monkey’s paw’ effect And by dusting half of all life, the wish didn’t differentiate btw what half of anything gets dusted. Like instead of 1/2 chance for dusting. It was half of everyone got deleted. Left or right. Torsohead or legs. Which would’ve resulted in 75% loss ergo more effective also there’d be a lot of torso-head ppl rolling around on skateboards
Yeah but as it stands in the movies that's just speculation and theory, at no point in endgame or in IW did he mention it, this is why it's so funny, because when you take it at face value(which is the point of my videos, to poke fun at the direction and writing) it becomes quite absurd
Well when you put it like that 😂😂😂😂. But jokes aside this and End Game was the best super hero movie ever considering what's come after it. Everything has been down hill since. Not even going to go into fantasy movies and shows. Entertainment as a whole has taken a dump lately
Infinity War dragged me back from my apathy of the MCU and made me believe again. Then Endgame happened, a cinematic masterpiece, that truly was an amazing ending to the journey... Then there was phase 4... And I went back to that state of apathy again... It's like a cycle
isn't Gimmora the last of her species? or did they, like, ret-con that? Thanos killed half the population and did nothing to stabilize them later, probably resulting in nuclear armageddon or something
I kinda love the idea that Thanos didnt know the Mind Stone was in the scepter 😂
has to not know right? why would he give the mind stone to loki?

Definitely gotta do the Joker perspective from the Dark Knight.
Hades perspective of Hercules, got Megara betrayal, the various monsters losses, the dumb Titans somehow getting beat, Pain and Panic just existing
Thanos didn’t want to take on Odin and Asgard directly so he used Loki as a pawn.
I personally believe that Thanos knew that the mind stone was in the scepter and he choose to give it to Loki as part of a calculated rosk.
