1. Get as much done as possible at the start of Ch.2 - and collect stuff for later quests, especially Algernon's awful crap!
2. #CinematicCamera is great - get on a trail with your horse, set a waypoint, activate CC, get your horse galloping, and then you're hands-free! It especially looks great when you pull out the lantern at night and click R3 for a better view - you may then just watch whilst shoving food in your face with both hands (IRL).
3. You're riding your horse wrong! You're steering them too much! They have auto-steer to dodge trees, etc - the horse hits a tree because you have counteracted its auto-steer (unless there's no gap between trees/obstacles).
4. The White Arabian is not a great horse! The #MissouriFoxTrotter is the best horse in the game, and can be acquired almost as early as the Arabian - during/after #ArcadiaForAmateursIII. Keep the raven black shire you're given early too - it's the best huge horse. And, after you've beaten the race woman twice, steal her big grey/brindle Thoroughbred - it's one of the best horses.
5. The Carbine is the best repeater till you unlock the Litchfield.
6. Don't buy the Trapper's holster upgrade before the upgrade from the gunsmith's, or a unpatched glitch means you can never choose one of the nice basic black holsters.
7. Get a perfect panther pelt ASAP and get the Trapper's panther saddle - it's the best one. With L3 clicks on a Level 4 bonded horse stamina never really runs out. Always hunt panthers, and cougars, from horseback - as you'll get another chance till kill it after you're bucked off, and the panther can't kill you when you're on your horse.
8. (7:20) 2 or 3 of those snake bite victims will give you a free gun credit at Annesburg, Valentine, and Strawberry, and a 4th will let you buy a free outfit in Rhodes - I think they'll forever spawn being bitten till you go to those shops and talk to them outside. There's possibly more.
9. Some animals can be lassoed from horseback, then you just have to dismount and press the 'Kill' button for a perfect skin (if it's a 3* animal - 1:35 Not sure why an English person is pronouncing it 'Lasso' though, and not "Lassoo.").
10. Ride up on wild horses and lasso them, then dismount and calm them - none of that walking up to them nonsense!
11. You can scare Calloway out of the saloon by shooting the door before triggering the mission 'Noblest of Men...', then nick his Schofield (a customisable 2nd can be stolen early from the Valentine Dr's back room).
12. Turn your back on every grizzly, then break free and kill it - after 18 you get an achievement/trophy.
13. Cigarette card sets can be completed by buying countless packs from a shop, and discarding the old packs to clear space to buy more.
Do the treasure hunts first for money, as it's part of the game - any remaining gold bar glitches are not necessary or part of the game. You get plenty of money from finding the gold normally.
14. Before the Epilogue, sell all your horses and let Arthur be robbed at #AberdeenPigFarm, and then use John to reclaim the money from behind the painting at the farmhouse. John can also find the free guns/weapons from around the map when he has none.
15. When hunting have your default shoulder and back weapons as the varmint rifle and bow, as the bow is most versatile, but can't make the varmint kills (use duel wield revolvers for self-defence).
16. Horse bonding XP can be view from the Player menu. Feeding it the wholesome food (carrots, hay, oatcakes, beets) and sugarcubes/peppermints; brushing it; patting it; and hitching it all increase the bonding XP. Hitching gives the most XP, but only once per day, so make sure you do all these things.
17. You can find Elixirs on the map, using online guides, and drink them to get more health XP, and stamina for Arthur.
18. Sometimes you need to sleep to advance the game, but can only sleep the maximum hours twice - this can be overridden by saving and reloading, and you may then sleep twice again.
19. Manually save to the 15 slots all the time and turn off autosave!
20. No matter how hard you try, #AbigailMarston will not have sex with you. No woman will, so stop trying.
Oh man! No. 20 is a real bummer
#20 made me delete the game not fun
@@youradopted6609 May I suggest trying a different game?
@@youradopted6609 Go play the witcher 3 then 😏
Please y'all, ignore this absolute clown. Play the game how YOU want to play it. Enjoy it. Don't turn it into some shithole grindfest like this goofy fuck has.
Not to mention, literally HALF of what 🤡 said is completely wrong LMAO
The most important an regretful tip....dont even bother depressing yourself through chapter 6, just stick to chapter 2 and enjoy free roam and mods...
That's what I am doing LOL! I don't want to get depressed again! Gaming is for a bit of fun not for misery!!
I..I...I um....I love chapter 6
@@spsingh2481 i love it too.. my point is that the story is so well written, that chapter 6 feels like a dagger, and if you get invested in the story, i leaves a sour taste in your mouth.... i never said it was bad
@@spdutahraptor777 ya neither am I opposing ur POV
Just saying that some people have a dislike for ch6 but it has the best missions
Most of em are highly action packed
@@spsingh2481 totally agree...i wrote what i wrote because re-reading my comment it may sound like i hated it... but no, i agree.. i totally loved it
If you're early in the game and don't have a fishing rod, if you spot someone fishing you can beat them up and just take theirs
Oh wow! I really didn't know that! Thank you! I might need to make another video and give you all a shout out for the help.
You can also ride your horse fast through shallow water and trample the fish, just like with smaller mammals on the ground.
Thank you for the tip! I'll be doing a video on viewers tips soon, I'll be sure to include this
And of course I'll be giving you credit
@@FilbeeGaming that's truly awesome. Thank you
Just finished the game and now i want to start a new game all over do everything lol. Best game I ever played.
100% agree! Thank you for watching the vid. I'm on about my 4th or 5th play through, loved it!
I've done that probably a dozen times now.
Got to the point where I usually start over around chpt 4
Greatest game of all time in my opinion, absolutely love the freedom and different tasks you can indulge in. Takes a long time to get bored with this game. My PlayStation broke and I’ve been watching gameplay videos to get my fix lol
Gutted for you mate, sorry about your PS. I've got a few other vids on this if you get bored
Ever played GTA Games?
Another huge tip that I remembered from playing my first time around (I’m on my second play through rn) is that if you park your horse right behind an animal without stepping on it before skinning, than it will speed up the skinning animation every single time (because you can’t move behind it to skin it so it will to the instant one)
Thanks Logan, I think the skinning animation adds to the feel of the game, but yeah, sometimes you just wanna get it done and move onto the next one
Jesus Christ died for your sins please repent for the kingdom of heaven is at hand 1625
Same with looting peeps
Fantastic tips! Usually these kind of videos don’t actually offer much but I didn’t know most of these! Thank you
Started the fourth play through. Every time i play the campaign, I see new things.
It’s not surprising that any other game can compare to the detail and story telling.
If there was a replacement or an equal game I would try it. So far in 2022, i haven’t found another game that keeps my interest.
Just really hope I see another game in my lifetime of this quality.
Absolutely. I discover knew things on each play through myself. For example, my latest discovery was the mission where you break Micah out of prison. I always either blew a hole in the wall, or used the big machine thing (I forget what its called), but if you walk out the front door of the sheriffs office, talk to Micah, then head to the back door, you can kill the law, grab the keys and head down to the cell from the inside. Whole different cutscene!
I thought I was the only one still playing 👍🏻
@@ericamcdaniel4318 I know not many play it but I still appreciate the quality of the game
( this many years later )
That year was absolutely insane, both RDR2 and GoW are yet to surpassed by anything. Whenever I play one of the two, I feel like it's the best game ever made. My deepest gaming wish is that sometime in the future, R* makes Red Dead game in a Civil War setting.
Assasins Creed Odyssey
Played this game over the course of a year or so. Was so used to the fast pace and modernness of GTA. Then I realized how much unique and interesting things were available to complete that I finished it and then immediately did a second play through right after. Now, I want to do it a third time to complete missions I missed or made mistakes on like the “Robot” mission in Saint Dennis.
Most people, like myself don’t understand that instead of all the buildings and terrain in GTA they loaded the story of RDR with missions and secrets which is why the game is so fascinating and fun.
Agreed 100
I'm on my third now, still finding stuff I never saw or did. Also found a nice sweet spot in ch 3 to srop and soak it all in. Doing all the collectables like dinosaur bones, cigarette cards, you name it from this point. It'll take awhile and I love it. Been using horses in the wild I never tried like the Perlino Andalusian. Such a great game
21 Greet Greet Antagonize - meet someone w a friendly greet, follow up with a 2nd greet and then spike it with an antagonize to find Arthur/John level 11 trolling ability
22 get the legend of the east satchel in chapter 2, 99 of everything means youll be well stocked the entire game
23 (prolly MOST important) you can explore all over in chapter 2, from back to colter to Saint Denis. I had assume it was like RPGs where if you go far from where story has you then the enemies are far too tough. NOPE. go explore and get secret items/weapons early
24 you can get a missouri fox trotter in chapter 2 doing 3rd mission for arcadia for amateurs. After getting the shot of the wild MFT focus on its scent and track it to catch it usually near Elsyian pool or near the cliff where you fight Micah in chapter 6
Thank you so much for the tips!
@@FilbeeGaming All great suggestions including some I've never tried. However, what about the fact that you can get a "free" Black or White Arabian or a Turkoman relatively early in Chapter 3 when you steal the Braithwaite horses? Before you go around the front of the stalls w/ John and Javier, stop behind them. Pick which horse you want and climb thru the corresponding window. The horse will be freaked but just keep feeding the horse and gaining bonding points. After several minutes it should calm down enough for you to both pat and feed it. IMPORTANT: Keep doing this until the alternative horse icon appears on the screen. Now it's your alternative horse. Finish the mission and sell the horses to the fences. Once the mission is done and you're back at camp, go to where the fence is and claim the horse. There might be a problem, especially w/ the Black Arabian, that it won't allow you to bring it into the horse stables. Just stop outside the stable and save the game and then reload the game. This will allow you to bring the horse into the stable so you can name it, upgrade, change saddles, etc.
I'll be sure to try this, thank you!
@@Musicvidsetc you can get a free black arabian in st Denis as soon as the map opens up. Find the couple getting fleeced scene in the park and go around the corner the black arabian will be there.
But the Dutch warmblood that you can rob from the prospector or find outside the stable in Valentine is better.....
@@ralfybaby Why is the Dutch Warmblood better than the Black Arabian?
It's a LOT cheaper to have the gunsmith clean your guns instead of using gun oil.
Like, 15-30 cents to clean one vs $1.35 for gun oil
Thanks Mark
True, but I don't think I have ever needed to buy gun oil though. They are pretty common lootable items, so you get them for free
Yeah that depends on how dirty the gun is.. I've paid over a 1$ at the Smith to clean a gun
Do the neccesary missions in chapter 2 to be able to upgrade your satchel all the way. Buy Mr. Pearson his leatherwork tools and get the free travel option, it`s a gamechanger! Get the Bolt Action rifle early in Valentine (random hanging scene) Watch the lawmen; one is carrying a repeter, the other a bolt action. Take him out and RUN! Lancaster in the gunshop in Rhodes, pump-action shotgun in Chez Porter, Big Walley, free cash (respawning) in the small hut behind Shady Belle. Btw; I was able to get the Hall-gang map 1 in chapter 1 when catching & bringing in Kieran "the O`Driscill boy" In optons; set horse control to "horse relative" & running mode to "hold to run".
Some excellent tips, thank you!
I do love that last one, #20, I did that in my last playthrough and was like "Oh wow, literally every little action you have in this game has some sort of impact" and then I started to play the epilogue.. and realized how little I knew Arthur impacts the future.
I had no idea you could get a ride to town from someone. Gonna have to try that!
Neither did I! Only after a few play throughs in, someone mentioned it to me
I paid £27 for this game on Black Friday, but after playing it I’d pay the whole 80 odd pounds or whatever it actually costs. It’s the best game I’ve ever owned. Even after you complete the story there is so much to do! So if there’s anyone reading this that doesn’t own it, buy it now! Unlike gta5, where when you’ve finished the missions- you’ve finished the game- with rdr2 you’ve got a multitude of animals, fish and people to discover, as well as random side missions! This game is worth every pound (or the applicable currency) you spent for it! I can’t believe I was so late to buying it!
Totally agree, every time I start a new play through I discover new things, it's so huge, and yes, there's so much to do
better late than never
Yeah!.. it's the game that keeps on giving. I like the vibe in the story world. And never knowing what to expect around every corner. Don't get me started about the eerie music and sounds, which brings the atmosphere to life. The graphics from yester year is still amazing even though these modern systems of today ( ps5 and xbox series x/ s ) set the standard. Yet these graphics are stilk awesome. Master piece!!!
Bought the game a few months ago and just started actually playing last week. I’ve only got like 30 hours in it but it’s quickly becoming one of my all time favorite games. GTA is so played out this still feels freshhhh
Just started RDR2 this month. I am not yet to chapter three and I have to tell you your tips have been fantastic!! Just enough info to cut the frustration without giving away too much. Thank you!! And when I finish I have all your more detailed vids to watch which is like an extra added bonus.
I am envious, I wish I could play this game for the first time again. I'll never shut up about this game.
For certain items at the Trapper's stall, you will need sheep pelts. Wild sheep don't count. If you don't fancy risking bounty by raiding farms, there's a nomadic shepherd that grazes a flock around the Heartlands, usually Emerald Ranch or Dewberry Creek, but I have also seen him up at Hanging Dog Ranch.
Thank you Jennifer!
If you go to the ranches at night and don't use a gun to kill the animal no one sees you so you don't get a bounty
Is there a possibility for getting cows like that as well?
@@mannmanuel7762 I don't think so, cows are easy to find on nearly every farm. I do know of a goat farmer somewhere on the Heartlands, near the oil derrick I think.
@@jenniferstone2567 i know, but i mean without loosing honour. Im familiar with the possibility of the farms
I’ve put 600 hours into my numerous play throughs of this masterpiece, and there were one or two there that I hadn’t spotted myself.
I'm glad it helped! Thank you for watching! There's other RDR2 tip videos on my channel if you find the time
I've completed RDR2 3 times now with 100% completion (yes, I am really that sad). If anyone has played it enough they will notice that when you need a particular pelt or animal (such as challenges or hunting quests) the game seems to somehow know and you can't find them anywhere, including known spawn points. However, I think I may have found the trigger for this...I stress I MAY have.
On the 3rd time round I didn't look at what trapper gear was available or buy any trapper gear until the end, this way a lot of the animals were spawning more regularly and were much easier to find. Even the moose was always appearing up near Lake Isabella (if I put bait down). So I think the fact that I didn't look at the trapper requirements (but was still handing him stuff) somehow didn't invoke the R* scarcity thing.
I could be entirely wrong and it might be a patch but it's worth looking trying if you want to complete compendium and get all of the trapper gear. Hunting was so much quicker this time round.
I'm so sad I even created a spreadsheet that shows me all the requirements, side missions, strangers, challenges and number of pelts etc. so that I can keep track of what I have to do.
I understand your pain, like when you need squirrel pelt suddenly no squirrels around when they’re usually EVERYWHERE lol I’m gonna do that spreadsheet this time
Can you share the spreadsheet please?
@@tanzimislam2395 How would you suggest I get it to you?
this is...sad 😁
It’s not sad, it’s time well spent😁
Good tips, I appreciate how straight to the point you are. Liked and subscribed.
Hey thank you! Appreciate the feedback and the sub 👍
"Quick map"??? Buddy I subbed the last video I watched. And damn I might be the last to know some of this stuff but it's my first time playing it in 2023 and I have gotten so.e great tips from you. Keep killing it cow poke. The appreciation is real.
Greet, greet and then antagonize is a fun activity as well to do while cruising around town. Also getting Arthur drunk as a skunk walking through town and greet NPCs and they will laugh at you! Its pretty amusing!! 😂
If Arthur tries to rob people when drunk, the just laugh and brush it off. Try it out!
I liked getting Arthur drunk at the Wapiti reservation. The natives go from being unfriendly to laughing!
I am on playthrough number 7, and I have found something new every time! That's why I love this game so much
My family think i'am mad being on my 7th playthrough ,it's nice to know i'am not the only one ,happy playing
@@paulbond6515 my goal is to have a playthrough with every breed of horse
It's the left thumstick that chooses the direction you get off your horse not the directional pad. 🤔
Ah, my mistake, thanks man!
It took me a while to learn you can fast travel when you set a camp in the woods (I'm guessing it's available only after you upgrade Arthur's quarters)
Yeah. You can set up camp from the start, but until you upgrade Arthur's tent, you can't from travel from it
@@FilbeeGaming I remember when the game launched and you couldn't do that from camp. Greatful they added it in later.
#21 enjoy the game as much as possible in your first ever playthrough
I have 2 videos on this, I'm sure I said it in the 2nd 🤣, thank you for watching, and commenting 🙂. I hope you enjoyed
Yes! Made the mistake of beating it in 5 days cus some guide said "it's gets better after chapter 5" da fuq
The reason why people dont know most of these is because there fast travel everywhere and speed run the game. I personally don't like to fast travel with few exceptions.
I agree 👍 Fast travelling can cause you to miss so much
@@FilbeeGaming Fast traveling is good to reset the world. I’ve found if you’re looking for a specific animal, like the moose, to fast travel into the area, sleep until morning, then check the spawn locations and it’s usually there… Using hair tonic too. People forget time passes in the world during fast travel, so attack spawn points (cougars, grizzlies and the panther) and hair growth are aided by this. So if your hair stops growing, moose stops showing up, panther or grizzlies stop attacking you, just fast travel in, sleep til morning and it should help…
Excellent tips, thank you!
Exactly. it's like it's a competition to see how fast you can finish the story. Never understood that. my first playthrough it took me 3 months to finish.
Fast travel has it's benefits. But running around the open world is the game aside from the story. Exploring every inch of the world is what makes it so amazing.
Great points, my only point issue is that you said to look out for hunting posters. There is only one hunting poster and it's the one in Valentine station, where you were. It starts off the series of 5 hunting quests which finishes in the epilogue. A good tip for that is to collect the carcasses needed for the first 3 as early as possible as if you hunt when the quest is active you won't find them anywhere (the old classic R* method of not making things available when you need them). The carcasses are:
1 x rabbit
1 x squirrel
1 x cardinal
1 x rat
1 x woodpecker
1 x chipmunk
1 x opossum
1 x oriole
1 x robin
1 x songbird
1 x sparrow
1 x toad
1 x skunk
1 x bullfrog
In epilogue 1 the quests continue and you then need to get more (if you already had them in the main game they will be gone).
1 x cedar waxwing
1 x bat
1 x blue jay
1 x crow
1 x beaver
Thanks Tony. I made a mistake there 😬
Thats weird cuz i found the poster in van horn outside the post office🤔
I think the Valentine one is first, then after completing that, they show up in other places
I found the first poster with the rabbit and squirrel in van horn before even looking in valentine. i think the same poster can be found in most post office and once you get it the other ones disappears.
@@FilbeeGaming I have to agree with K R here, the other posters show up without you needing to complete the one in Valentine first.
I started to play RDR2 just recently and i spent already around 60+ hours, maybe even more,i need to check it in the radeon adrenaline software for how many hours im playing it exactly and im in no rush to complete the story,im around 50%,i like the free roam aspect of the game a lot so that's where i spend most of my time and i learned and found a lot of things but there's still those small things that i didn't know about the game.Im sure people who played this game for much more time than me still discover a lot of new things and stuff that they didn't knew about even 4 years after it's release
one tip I have is using the varmint rifle. It's kinda like a silencer if you get a head shot, great for getting sneaky kills
Excellent, very helpful
You can add double tap R1 to rear the horse. Great tips. Thanks for the video. Been through multiple playthroughs and I always make sure arthur gets the LOTE outfit and the jawbone knife. Shout out to all the rdr franchise fans!
I'm glad you enjoyed Patrick, you're welcome
6:48 You can steal the fishing rod from anyone fishing before it's unlocked. 1:15 Surely that's the primary technique everyone uses for studying animals.
...TBH, I haven't done hardly any missions, but I have done loads at the start of Ch.2 before progressing the story, and the only things I didn't know was the LBx2 for gun spin, and choosing which side of the horse to dismount from - both of which are fairly useless.
Thank you again. Sorry about the late replies. I covered the fishing rod one in another video, I have several if you ever want to see if there are some you didn't know
Helping NPCs sometimes leads to an ambush [+]
It does! Hopefully I'm able to get footage of that recorded
#4 quality pelts! That took a few listens.
I knew some of them, but a few I've never tried. Thanks for the info.
Hay great video very clear and the reason I like it the most is you leav a gap between talking so we get time to digest the tip before the next one unlike other videos iv watched thay just throw tip after tip with no breaks makes it harder to remember unlike yours witch is clear thanks man great video
Thank you so much for both the view and the input, I appreciate both. There's a new video out today prominently focusing on the RDR Online if you ever fancy it. I'm glad you enjoyed it, and I hope you stick around for the future ones, I have a bunch of ideas for videos on RDR2.
I think the spinning of the revolver before you put it away is the most game changing wish I new that on my 1st playthrough
Yeah, makes you feel badass when you succesfully duel someone but i wish there were more gun tricks in the base game, obviously there are mods for this but i could not figure it out with the gun tricks mod,it didn't work for me but it's amazing how some really mods can add a lot to already this masterpiece of a game
At the beginning of chaper 2 i went to saint denise and greeted people in the city for 2 hours, was max high honor after that and all clothes, guns was cheaper to buy😊😊
Smart! That's the benefit of open world games, you can go wherever you want, whenever. Thank you for the view!
I always fail those quick draw things. I read the hint of pulling slowly and boom I die, do it quick boom I die no middle ground
It just takes practise my friend, it took me a while too. Particularly on one of the side quests where you're trying to find the old gun slingers
Sometimes mine glitches where he won't shoot AT ALL and especially with the Schofield revolvers. Manual save before you duel. If it's glitching, reload it, may take a day or two to encounter enemy, then try different guns.
@@CaseyAvalon the schofield has a longer barrel so it takes longer to draw. I use to give all my handguns long barrels till a guy told about that.
This is the first game I’ve played where i feel bad after killing an npc, or after collecting debt from npc’s
Also, the sounds animals make when you hurt/kill them.
2:35 i kinda wish that when you did this there would be a chance for a encounter where bandits/ indians attack the wagon and you would have to escape/defend yourself just to liven up the ride from time to time.
you can even chase fish ashore. For perfect sockeye salmont it works really good and it worths around 5 $ each when sold

I've been playing since around 2019/2020 and am still seeing new stuff and hearing new dialog.
As a brit, i found it quite charming that you sound like you were turning that Liverpudlian accent down a touch. Awesome video bud, cheers.
I tend to slow my voice down to be more clear, but it's still my accent 😀

Me at #13 5:03 😅👏👏👏 (those lines are funny as hell, definitely will give it a try)
I still didn't know some of these.
I will add that you can leave some guns behind so you don't have to go through all of them on the selection wheel.
Thanks for the tip, sorry about the late reply my friend!
I'm on my 12th play through and I am still finding things in the game. This go around I've had 3 new cut scenes I've never scene before.

No worries Colin, I'm glad it helped
The only one I didn't know was about gun wraps. Feel like the gun wraps look bad though so probably won't use them still. I just hit chapter 4 but really taking my time with story progression.
God I love this game. Knew most of these... But I still learn knew stuff all of the time. Didn't even know you could take hunting bounties. So much detail.

I've been making videos on this game for a while, and you'd be surprised what people had missed first time round
Great tips thank you I just finished my first play through, if you have ever watched the movie 310 to Yuma there are so many similarities to the game I would be confident in saying they got a lot of ideas from this movie when making this game, check it out!
The leader of the gang dresses like Dutch, the second in command looks and acts like micah, the diary the horse whistle call, the leader going good at the end, the Pinkertons and so much more!
Yeah dude, it was later stated the the character of Micah was based on this guy from 3:10
just now got the game a few days ago on sale, I remember helping the guy with the bite and thinking "wow, no gift" XD ... but haven't met up with him at the gunsmith.... going looking for him now, thanks!
Hop on the trolly in Saint Denis, and then just stand at the door and greet everyone as you pass by. You can stand at the front, look ahead and see which side has the most people to greet.
Put the game into first person mode, and you can turn back and forth greeting folks out of either side. Turns you into a good guy about as fast as possible, and then you can go forth and kill and rob:)
I’m currently on my 2nd playthrough of RDR2 I started over a few days ago, on my first playthrough I played it on and off for months half heartedly until I eventually beat the game but from videos I’ve recently seen on UA-cam I missed out so much in my second playthrough I’ve been exploring the world a hell of a lot more than I did before 😃 man I love this game 🔥
Also you can use dead-eye and seee if any animals is in your area. Animals will glow. And by using dead-eye in a new cabin or campsite, lootible chest, drawers, etc. will glow.
at certain point, dead eye will also make collectible plants glow and highlight the spots for clean shots on animals
I wish they would come out with a next gen update for this game so I can replay it..
Is there any news of them doing that? I'm not sure
@@FilbeeGaming no news yet but they obviously have to with such a timeless game like rdr2. But knowing rockstar these days, they will make you pay full price for a re release..
I agree, and to be honest, GTA V didn't look a whole lot different when they released their next gen, so I hope of we get charged full hit, it will be worth it
@@FilbeeGaming gtav hasn't had next gen update yet its still ps4 version on ps5, next gen is in 2022.
Thanks for sharing the spinning gun animation… now I’m going to doing that all the time compulsively
Haha, no worries
That's how I get the kids in St Denis to STFU. When Arthur walks by they always made rude comments but when I found out about the gun spin I would do that right when I saw them. Lmao. They would start to say something and then stfu... Too funny. They even cop deuces and run away.
#15 only works if they greet you first and you are responding back
Cheers dude
On my 2nd Playthrough, I went to the pig farm as Arthur before his final mission and left the robbed money behind mother to John in the epilogue
Good thinking!
This is a game changer I've plaid through like 6 times and never thought of this.... My first playthrough I had to watch the white Arabian die in the cutscene. Only to discover that it spawns again after Arthur's final mission.
Yeah I had a problem equipping and unequipping the gold watch I equipped it just fine it wasn't gold it was a silver one cuz I sold my gold watch but I couldn't unequipped the silver one for some reason so I'll stuck with one that I couldn't change when at first for some reason I could
This is the greatest open world game made in my lifetime. Rockstar did an amazing job.
Agreed Shawn
When I came across #9, Bonnies gentleman friend, he was floating in mid air. Lol
Haha, there are a few bugs
OH MY GAAAAAAAAAAAD....... THANK YOU!!! I was wondering every single one of these... The watch is my favorite, I was pausing the game constantly to see the watch, breaking the inmersión and my balls at the same time.. This is GOLD!!
I recently finished my first playthrough of this with low honor gonna start a new game to do a high honor run
Good idea, it should be pretty different
Good info brother. i liked the one with the lasso takedown, didnt kno that one
Glad I could help! If you know any that I missed, feel free to add. I'm trying to put together another video of my viewers input
I truly love this game's vibe and setting and graphics and music but I feel on the edge of giving up on it. I'm a little ways into Chapter 2 and I feel like the game still hasn't *clicked* for me yet (to hook me fully). I feel like the group's camp is never stocked enough, I have no idea if I'm doing the right quests at the right time, if I'm supposed to be a bad guy or good guy, the combat/dead-eye system still very wonky for me and everything you do feels slow (can't run in camp, camp "chores" are so slow/tedious, riding everywhere is so time consuming, etc) ... what am I doing wrong? Really don't want to give up on the game.
You can be whatever type of Arthur you choose. There's no real wrong time to do the quests, but some of the side missions, primarily at camp, DO disappear over time, so try to complete these when they pop up. Also, some stranger missions are completed at different times of the day, but with the exception of one or two, they stay there until completion. Walking slowly in camp is very annoying, I agree with you
To add to the fishing with a bow one, use small game arrow for perfect quality fish.
Excellent tip, I didn't realise this. Thank you Ink
How can I switch arrows?
Really cool video, I love this game. It's just perfect 👌
Thank you very much! I appreciate that 🙏
Rule number 10 get drunk with lenny!!!!
LENEEEEEYYYY!!!!!
Good video, partner!
Thank you my friend!
I am on my , hell I don't know how many, play through and I still find and see new stuff. I use dynamite for fishing along with the Bow. Makes the fish 1 star, but its fun lol.
You should have added to leave the area where a crime was committed and is only being investigated. Then change outfits and you should not have a bounty.
Thanks Kevin, does it clear the bounty fully do you know?
Over the years I have watched more rdr2 videos than I can count and I always notice the same thing in regards to pocket watches. Every content creator uses the same silver watch. Am I the only outlaw baller enough to keep the watch from the safe in the riverboat for himself? The fence was only offering 155$ for it and it’s like the top end watch of the game. So I kept it for personal use. But I also hunt in a 3 piece suit looking dapper af 👀
Which one did I use in the video? I forget. I made it along time ago
I've got 1355 hours into this game and I absolutely loved every single second I've beaten again a quite a few times and I'm still finding things to this day that I haven't seen! I had no idea that you could hitch a ride like that
Great video I enjoyed it
Thanks Dannie
Thank you man. I needed this
Sure thing, I'm glad it helped
For tip 18. You can also go fishing with dynamite. Helped me complete a challenge.
Thanks Sky
@@FilbeeGaming yeah, but it will damage your honor and the fish quality
Rock Star should do a re-release with an alternate ending(s).
It would be interesting 🙂
"hold menu button for the map", damn i have just finished the game and now i learn this
Great tips, thanks!
Sure thing
Damn, really wish I knew about the horse hitching thing earlier.
I'm in my 1st playthrough of this game and I already discovered some of this
me too, some are just so intuitive
Someone recommended this to me and told me I could crap on peoples heads, say less💀
Just give him a health cure man 😂😂
I have played the game through 5 times and cannot for the life of me do the gun spinning animation
Just double tap the left bumper, or L1. It has to be a gun holstered in right hand side of Arthurs waist though
Awesome fact about this video: *Music where lenny and arthur were drunk in the salon is playing in the background*
I found out about buel so didn't do any of them missions until after the end...
You can see the way you're supposed to kill the animal to keep the pelt perfect by hitting show info on them.
Thanks budd am new to rdr I've heard about this game nd i watched ppl playing it well am late but idc i just wanna enjoy this masterpiece thank you.
My brother, it was am absolute pleaure. I'm glad you enjoyed
I wish I knew that you can’t go to Blackwater or new Austin as Arthur, I lost so much money because I kept dying. One time I got attacked by a cougar as soon as I crossed the river and then once I killed it, I had eight law men on me
Just for fun, and with the help of mods, I went to blackwater as Arthur just to give him the experience
You can replay a mission, and during the mission can go over the blackwater without the lawmen coming for you. Unless you go directly into the town. It's how I completed horseman 9 challenge. Still can't go to Austin bc of the sniper
@@johnnybarbell back when the game came out you could do the new austin gltich. I did everything with Arthur my first playthrough. Unfortunately I didn't have anything to do in the Epilouge after I beat the story lol. Then they patched it. :(
You can also pull the pocket mirror out and hold it like the pocket watch... I was fiddling with it a bit last night, tryin to get it to open and couldn't... he would move it around and such, and you can see rhe button to open it too... I just don't think you CAN open it
I wonder which gun u picked for free in number 20..!? Thanks for the tips.. great video 😊👍🏼
Appreciate it dude!
Only Springfield scoped rifle is unlocked by that time
Cool vid
Thank you my friend!
5:31 am I the only one who still found this in my first play though
