It is Truely Great to see You Return to Bassmaster! MLF surpresses sooo much information that I really haven’t heard anything about You for the last 2-yrs. Bassmaster loads their Tournaments on UA-cam so everyone can enjoy watching their favorite Bass Pro catching the Big Ones. Again, from a Louisiana Brother, its Great to see You back in the Groove!
Hack is the man. Would love to spend the day in the at atchafalaya on the boat with ya. I got a million questions for ya. You make things simple and I over complicate it.
i use texas rig beaver and worms , swimbaits , chatterbaits , buzzbaits and frog but i've never used a jig , there's a lot of heavy cover to hang on where i fish does the jig work good for that and what size and color should i use
I'm on my gf youtube but anyways a swim jig works great in heavy cover. Now if it's no openings and it's just a big pad field I would just flip. But again if u can bump that cover with a swim jig u can catch alot of fish that way. To me a swim jig works the best around cover. Get u a ¼ ounce swim jig u can swim it slower and generally get more bites that way or if u fishin a little more deeper water or if u wanna burn it get a ⅜. Theres thousands of colors but u only really need 2 get black and blue if the water is a little dirty and a green pumpkin or blue gill color for if a little cleaner water color or if the blue gill are spawning that can be some of the best fishing then. Hope these tips help but dont put too much thought into it. U said u fish swimbaits so do the same thing and maybe every now and then pump ur rod.
