I would recommend a Windows computer because for everybody they should be able to use a Windows computer without any issues. I like Chromebook because of how cheap they are and everything else I mentioned in that video. But may not work for some students. Macs are fine. You need to make sure you won't have any issues with your program. I think they can be pricey. But a good option for those who are invested heavily in the Apple ecosystem.

I don't understand your question. HP makes both Windows and Chromebook computers.
