Ford seats are softer and the side mirrors are huge and hood is lower. Chevy more stiff smaller side mirrors and have a high hood scoop driven both. Chevy entertainment screen in the higher trims fit better while the ford is just a big square screen.
@@JohnRayAllDay Right, I have a very similar setup albeit in GMC but here in Texas at 75mph I can sniff 28-29mpg on flat road with little wind which is almost never.
The 3.0 is the best engine for a full size truck bar none... I have a 2021 with the older LM2 and I can easily combined average 25+ mpg.. Love that truck.. I can't stand all that piano black inside the new trucks though..
So you build this truck with the exact same setup on the Chev site and it says the payload is 2474 lbs. But here it is 1514... What is up with that? Even the non max tow with 7100 GVWR is says something like 2300 lbs payload when built on the Chevy site.
@12thmanrailfans26 so you're telling me the other black vehicles that he's driven were lucky enough not to get as "dirty"? Lol I agree that paint color picks up everything. However, once you wash and wax it, that's very noticeable as well. Either way, I like the truck. And I like the reviews Ben does on these vehicles.
Big oil has me thinking go all gas and pay $2.40 a gallon for a truck that gets 19 mpg or a stout diesel. With oodles of sensors and at $4.29 a gallon not inc DEF and get 24 mpg !
I’m a Ford F150 tremor owner (high end version) the Chevy interior is superior to what ford has in my opinion
I’ve driven chevys and fords for work. The chevys hurt my neck and back after 8 hours of driving.
I’ll take the ford

@@TropicalfrooploopsMy 2015 Silverado doesn't bother me but I haven't driven any of the newer ones
Just boughtthe High Country Black. I'm very happy with it, I got the 6.2 V8.
Today was a high mileage day in my Duramax 39 MPG .2024 I have RST 4 x 4 love the Duramax
Okay dude you went down a hill for 2 minutes and got 39

That’s a beautiful truck. This coming from aFord guy. This does need a panoramic roof.
Great review, Ben 👍👍👍

High country is a cool truck for a Chevrolet Silverado love black color
GM's weakness is those Lear seats. Everything else on their trucks is solid.

Very surprised the dealership didn't detail the truck for ya. Nonetheless, beautiful truck. Great review!
Paint color usually gets dirty almost instantly no matter what you do

How reliable is the 62?
They need to run it through the car wash for you first lol
Nice truck but diesel? Cold weather gelling? Overall like it except question diesel!
High country is great!

where I live diesel is less than gasoline. Nearly 27 MPG averaged with the 3.0 vs 19MPG with the 6.2. It isn't a decision.
Chevy advance design 2 🎉
Why do the mirrors look cheap
Your thumbnail with the cut hair keep tricking me
Pretty dirty NBD. I really like your videos but are very vague as of late. Comparing this to a Lariat would have been nice.
And only 30k overpriced.
Wash the truck before reviewing.... I would think the dealership would help out with it..
I mean it still doesn’t have a panoramic sunroof…
which means what? that is literally the most useless option and the one which is almost guaranteed to fail and has a $5K repair bill.
Hello from big hail territory. We are fine without a glass ceiling up on the High Plains of Texas. 👍
I dont love the grill. Just too much plasic. Where i live that wont hold up well long term
We get it, you like Chevy.
and he has owned Ram's and F-150's.
I don’t think he talks fast enough.
Like your videos but I feel like featuring a dirty vehicle is not a good move. Sorry
