Superb video Amy, thanks to you and Kyle for sharing your cycling experiences in Mallorca, I was there 4 weeks ago for the first time also and I loved it, you brought back many happy memories, same cafe stop in Bunyola, Sa Calobra etc, etc.
Just finding it tough to get back to riding on the pot holed roads, grey skies, wet weather here in the North of England 🙄 after the Mallorca experience, hopefully spring will arrive soon and we get some warmer days or i am off back to Mallorca ASAP 😁 best wishes to you both keep pedalling 😁🌞😎🚴♂️👍

Well done. We did the descent into Sa Calobra a couple of years ago. After lunch my front tyre warped so I had an interesting climb back up the Coll des Reis. It took me 1 hour 23 minutes so it would be nice one day to see what I could do it on a normal tyre. We have had quite a few stops at the log cabin after climbing the Femenia. We usually stay in Port Pollenca.
The Repsol garage is a regular stop for us as well. We usually stop there after doing the Coll de Sa Batalla.

Great video guys, love cycling in Mallorca. My wife and I go every year in April/May but this year we’re looking at September/October as I think we’ll be fitter and enjoy it more after riding all spring/summer 👍

Mallorca is amazing and a real cycling paradise. You did well getting in some of the big rides. If you want to have an amazing experience do the Mallorca 312 sportive. Ive done it three times including with my wife and 17 yo daughter. It's an incredible event with a great build up and an amazing day around the island and the drop down into Soller is bonkers with all the other riders!. P.s. - The coffee at the 5hit shack by the viaduct is cracking. Give the 312 a go, you'll enjoy it but it will test you!

Haha we call our legs cod loins I don’t know why but Kyle started saying it when we were cycling lands end to john o groats (one of those random cycling moments) and it stuck 😂

Did you hire the bikes from "Bike Experience Majorca"? I recognise those TCRs, hired one from there mid February - looks like the shops been fully renovated since then, as it was all under renovations when I was there! 🤣
Yes we actually got gifted bike hire from them super grateful they were great!
Can I ask, do you drink alcohol much? I’m a weekend cyclist, I go a few weeks dry and leading up to a Sportive maybe 4 weeks no booze. Just curious if you drink or not, I think with these distances it would be water only for me 😂👍🏻👍🏻
I don’t drink, I’ve never liked alcohol 😅 just water and chai lattes for me 😂
I sympathize with Kyle I tore a ligament in my knee months ago and it's still not right now you just have to take it steady.

Haha I’ll try to slow down! I talk faster when I’m excited and haha Cod Loins (which is actually fish) is something Kyle started calling his legs when we cycled lands end to john O Groats I don’t know why! But now we always say it 😂 they’ll be more like whale loins with all the hills we’re doing 😂

Talk about shooting themselves in the foot. Not many cyclists will pay the €30 to take their bike on the ferry to climb Sa Calobra, and therfore will consider other cycling destinations. Due to go on my 4th cycling trip there this year but could be the last
