Well done T.J. As you already know I am very jealous - next time maybe. It looked like a lovely sail with a bit of everything thrown it. I am guessing that a sprayhood is on your wish list. Did I say what a nice boat you have ;)Cheers, Paul
thanks Paui, defo a spray hood and it amazing how quickly you get over thinking "why am i doing this" in a force 6 with waves breaking over the boat and you loose your auto pilot.
Well done, some rough sailing weather at the start as I remember watching the forecast. I hope you can recover the footage. I also think that a sprayhood would be top of the Christmas wish list. I made one for one boat out of fibreglass.
@@sailingceltic1911 LOL Don't know about honored mate, the boat looks ok and you seem to have the skills required 😀 Which is basically a willingness to set out to sea in a boat on your Jack Jones. Definitely get a spray hood though. Good luck and i hope you get underway sooner rather than later.
@@wanderingsteve849 thanks not sure about skill, more winging it, bit like my drag bike racing days in UK, i use to say "dont know how far you can go untill you go past it" normal a engine rebuild followed. cant say that in sailing, you dont relay want to find the limit and defo not go past it. but i do love the risk
Hello Hello hello the engine is 3 cylinder Kubota. had to do a lot of work on it 2 days b4 i left New Ross and while sailing to Wales so i was glad it worked well, nice to know i had a good engine in the force 6 we had on the first day of the Jester
LOL sher i cant put anything on youtube or i will get a copyright complaint. and after 3 days anything sounds good LOL. cheers for watching, cant wait to get out again.

Nice Video TJ. Got to say I don't mind the low wind days too much either just as long as I am moving, preferably in the right direction.
I am honored to have you watch one of my videos Steve. I am building up experience and cash to follow in you wake :-) ;-)
