Hi Brendan, I would prefer to see a practical application of Riesling than an academic lecture. Do a 3 course menu (some charcuterie or whatever, some spicy noodles, a dessert) and crack open 3 sweetness levels from the same vintage & same producer, or something like that.
Just discovered Austrian Riesling and it’s well worth discussing if you do a follow-up. Would also love to hear more about Clare and Eden Valley as I know your Riesling there is very famous!
I must be one of the few Germans that doesn't really like Riesling.😂 I couldnt tell you why. I'm more of a red wine fiend so that might be at work there😅.

I for one would love a deep dive on Riesling! Great video Brendan 👑
Appreciate it massively!
I second that!
Big thumbs up for Rieslingfreak no.2
I’d be super interested in a Riesling /QBA deep dive-deep dive! 😊
Loving the videos!!

That's actually a great suggestion, we will keep it in mind :)
I'm with you Bren, Riesling is a real favourite of mine. 🥂
Riesling above all! Sipping Hofgut Falkenstein Niedermenninger Im Klienschock 2022er Riesling Kabinett while watching. Now THAT is a mouthful!

Would love a QBA guide video! I won't pretend I can confidently navigate German wine law...
Gotta do the full classification breakdown. Good luck 😅
I wonder if we couldn't approach it from a wildly comedic angle?
