I think you would get more views and subscribers if you added the word prison to your channel name, cause when you search for prison stories or prison channels your channel doesn't pop up. Just something to think about, again I dig the content.

To answer your question directly, I would suggest staying to yourself, don't get in debt, stay sober, and avoid prison politics. How you carry yourself has a big impact on how you are treated. Conducting yourself by guiding principles such as respect and integrity goes a long way.
Not a god, but I was respected by a lot of people. I still had my share of problems with other prisoners, but I also had a lot of help from other prisoners.
