Nice effort first time out! He’ll get better the more he does it. Remind him to race the track to start with. As he builds confidence and speed the nice finishes will come. I Raced for 10 years back in the day. So just offering some friendly advice.

Does he have all the gear he needs? I didn’t see a chest protector. I have one if he’s interested and some old riding gear that’s in good shape.
