Interesting choices! You made me sorry I didn't read Riders of the Purple Sage in June (I almost did but then switched to a different Zane Grey novel)... also made me think I might want to watch the Lonesome Dove miniseries again. Hmmm. Good tag. I actually did have that happen to me... my home burned three years ago and I saved some of my books from burning. The rest were entirely incinerated along with the bookcase.

I've read 3 Zane Grey novels, and although I enjoyed Riders of the Purple Sage I thought his novel Wildfire was better. It's underrated!
@@dustinneely I'll be sure to put either Riders of the Purple Sage or Wildfire on my TBR for next June. I read To the Last Man this year and thought it was good.

I used to have that copy of Lonesome Dove. I had to replace it cause that copy was loaned out and I never got it back. Cool idea for a book tag. I know exactly which books I would grab. Probably going to be a shocker to people.
