Very good explanation of insurance claiming process. Really it will be very useful for everyone. Had some negative comments about Acko while wanted to choose it, but seems comparatively Acko is also good. As you said, car dealers are insisting to take the policy from them for every year and as customer we want to have smooth claiming process if there is any so that we choose them instead of choosing online portal. Also u have said clearly about the car owned service centres about their service (only water wash) is fact. Good to know about third party garage for servicing and gone thru lot of quality checkings by Acko is good for customers. Hope, Acko will improve the negative points about taking claim complaint process. One more good point is Acko accepts zero depreciation cover for more than 5 years old vehicles while others not providing these facilities. Thanks for your video and thanks for Acko for giving smooth claiming process.

As per your explanation about the incident the fault is made by the mini truck which caused damage to your car hence you would have gone for 3rd party claim of the mini truck to save your NCB
That is true. But that process is very complicated. And at times we need a police report as well. Instead I chose to forego my NCB.
@Tamil Infopedia Do you any info on the list of cashless garages available in Dindigul? For metropolitan cities like Chennai or anywhere such cities in TN there must a handful of cashless garages associated with Acko. What about corporation/municipalities like Dindigul?

Sir, for my car upto last year for first 5 years i used bumber to bumber zero depreciation insurance. Currently had to change comprehensive insurance after 5 yrs. Next year will Acko can provide comprehensive with zero depreciation?

Acko service available only in Chennai city.Except chennai city no where in Tamil Nadu acko service is available. Waste of time. and this guy didn't mention at all
I think this is true with every service provider. If they don't have a network garage u can get ur cost reimbursed.
