Clip On Cell Phone Microscope Review | Veiwing Gems and Minerals

Review of 60 x and 100 x clip-on cell phone microscope. This video includes four mineral specimens to view. I walk through how to use the clip-on microscope connecting to phone properly and efficiently showing each individual specimen and describing what it takes to view. I selected minerals from North Carolina that I self-collected that really pop underneath the microscope. Watch this review and see what you think.

I use a website to get a overview of the geological layout. MINDAT.COM. once I have located something it comes down to testing the mineral that I am interested in. I usually do a hardness test streak cleavage and color identification.
