Moulton F seized rear fork removal

  • Moulton Deluxe seized suspension pivot : the rear forks needed to be removed as part of getting this 1963 bike back on the road. Seized pivot, sheared nuts, and delaminated suspension block (along with much rust) are the joys I contend with in this part of the stripdown.

    I'd just like to point out the rubber suspension block had already separated prior to me getting the spanners out so I gave it no thought - A viewer has (quite rightly) mentioned that the 3 screws holding the block to the frame should be removed first, allowing the rubber "sandwich" to be removed with the fork, in one piece.
    This is more of a vlog than a "how-to", so if you spot me doing anything that could be done better, please let me know - it might help someone else too. Constructive criticism is how we all improve :)
