Thanks, yea I used the actual Amazon description for D2 in the prompt and added extra- [The Amazon is a powerful woman warrior of the Askari, who belongs to nomadic bands who roam the plains near the South Sea.] Wearing a tiara, and red armor, slick back hair in a ponytail, looking at viewer, blonde hair, standing, brown eyes, earrings, parted lips, red body armor, necklace, lips, hair tied up, surrounded by frost blue energy, river of lightning, high-waist armor, with nova frost and lightning energy radiating from her hand and eyes. You can cube items with a Corruption Orb which can add a random suffix - Certain items can gain +1 to skills. More info at the d2rr wiki page about using corruption orbs. The other option is farming for Unique Jewels, there is a unique jewel called 'Heaven Facet' that has +1 to all skills. will take some time to farm, I've only legitimately farmed 6 of them and duped the rest and I've been playing for a few months.
