@@12pawsinn Maybe so, but I think they all know this isn't an audition to get into NASCAR or F1. This is just pure fun, and it's entertaining to watch amateurs try to do these things. 😂

Corvettes do not handle….Car was not designed to actually use in racing applications. A metric Chevy from the 80s will smoke one with few mods
I just can't get over the Corvette C5 crash. Was it a Z06 too boot? Messing around and he T-Bones the wall? Probably totaled.
First time he had that car on the track, he fixed it and had it out couple seasons after and had engine problems after a multi lap race !
I love a C5 coupe. I thought it was only Z06s but I bought a turbo kit from a guy that had a regular C5 coupe. That makes one attainable for my small budget. Gen 3 Camaros & foxbodies brings me back to my high school days. ❤
I can’t get over how not only did he lose to a fiero, he wrecked the car after trying to show off to regain at least some crowd respect, and someone caught all of it on video.
poor guy he went there to have fun I don’t think he was showing off he tried to drift the corner and got humbled by the traction and the fierro. Decided to put up a good show at his own expense and did a couple donuts. Seems like a good guy.
It’s a shame Things went south when he figured because the track is clear he should try again to learn an advanced technique not realizing it wasn’t the proper setting and he still didn’t understand how much traction was available

Definitely a good race but bothered by the fact that the driver of the blazer threw his arm up after getting spun when he’s the one that came down so low into him to begin with
Some are hard to watch. But as a driver, we know the risk we take every time we pull on the track. Solid video showing what can and will happen if you are willing and decide to risk it all for the win. 💪🏼🏁
27:27 When the front tires are out of traction from turning too sharp and then they hit the brakes! instead of reducing steering input among other correct things to do. Like you say, hard to watch.
Sure but that risk goes down a lot when you know how to drive and man, some of these people do _not_ know what they're doing. It makes for a much better video for us, though!
None of that would have happened if they first read a book about how to control the car and then trained gently somewhere.

@@dipstiksubaru3246 truck wasn’t in the grass, gap was there and was closed as he got half the truck in…if you saw it from other angles you’d see he was on the track the whole time. He’ll admit he took a chance on that move but had no intention of making contact.

The only way to beat him is to create distance and keep the lead while he slides all over the track trying to keep up. If you get close enough for a pit maneuver, he will ram you off the track

Thankfully nobody plowed straight into the corner of that huge gap in the wall in the *middle* of turn 3/4.. Who the heck thought that was a good idea?
The funny part is your car insurance does not cover "accidents" while racing on a racetrack.
I miss seeing the Seekonk and Beach Ridge spectator drags. Always wondered what happened to the Audi's, the white Monte Carlo's etc. Miss seeing those guys. Too bad you guys couldn't put on a spec drags show before the race at Caraway Speedway January 27th.

Dude in the outside at 14:23 is the best driver in the whole thing, by a mile.
Naw it was the winner because he definitely understands the importance of throttle and brake management to maintain grip, instead of going ham and immediately chewing up and overheating the tires by putting too much lateral force on it.

Dude on the outside & 14:23 is the best driver in all of these. I wish some racing with people that are actually feeling their cars, adjusting lines, adopting racecraft, etc., got the right amount of attention. In this case the dude on the outside knew how to hustle, be smooth, run it in on tvd outside with enough smoothness and momentum to just barely rotate getting into the corners and maintain that set all the way through the corners. He was doing stuff right, but unfortunately the instant dopamine, absolute zero attention span of our society is more likely to get all excited and stupid for the guy in the s10 that drives like a moron and just points and shoots.
