- How to get pregnant with pco, polycystic ovaries. My tips on how i got pregnant with irregular periods. This worked for me so it should work for you but of course there is always a possibility that it doesn't..
Just keep relaxed!
So if you want to know how to get pregnant with polycystic ovaries then this is the video for you.
Remember the most important tip is to check your cervical fluid!
The apps i used are: Clue and Fertility Friend.
You can use any mouth thermometer to get your BBT (Basal body temperature), it doesn't have to be a "bbt thermometer"..
If you want to know the difference between pco and pcos hopefully this explains it!

Aysha Flores I didn’t take any medication or consult any Dr. This was all from my own research and doing.
I also diagnosed with pco, yet i menstruate every month. I'm not sure i ovulated though. How about stabbing pain on right or left side? Is it a good indicator of eggs being released? If it is, then at least i am relieve that i get these indicator every month.
My personal experience with pcos/pco... doctors had no clues could not help... I simply changed my diet more alkaline lots of water exercise herbal teas and now by the grace of God I am 37 weeks pregnant at age 34 after not being able to conceive all these years ... take care of your bodies ladies be mindful what you eat could be affecting you and pray always 😊🙏🏽💯

I have POC and have regular periods but struggling now to conceive now that I’m ready to have baby no.2. My doctor said I’m ovulating so don’t understand why my bodies not playing ball 😤 today I ordered my basal thermometer and ovulation sticks from boots and downloaded clue before stumbling on your page so I’m definitely on the right path.......

I have pco not pcos, no cysts just extra fibroids, I have regular periods, and I have no excess hair growth acne or weight issues either, pco can be a form of normal ovaries where pcos is a metabolic disorder :)

My doc just said pcos after looking at the incidental finding on my utrasound i was kinda shocked cuz i have regular painless periods but now i m on the pill for cycts idk wht to dooo whether its pco or pcos i have non of the symptoms of pcos except some hair on my body and the cycts :/

I just figured out yesterday that I have a 31 day cycle. My period last 5 days but on some months they change date but they still lay at five days. That doesn't make me irregular does it. PS I already have two kids girl 8 boy 6. I want child number 3
So when you were ovulating what did your temperature drop to?
I've been trying for ages now, I checked using an ovulation test and found that most months i'm not even ovulating! So disheartening and my doctors dont really seem to care and just give the 'eat healthy and excercise' speech which is what i already do. This video gave me hope x

I didn't even know pco existed! I suspected I had pcos because I have periods like every six month for 3 days, both a dream and a worry. I dont have a lot of the symptoms of pcos but I didn't know of anything else that could fit. I'll look into it!

Thank you for this video. I'm wondering, how do you feel about opks, vitex, and pre-seed?
CM has 4 phases:
1. Dry or sticky
2. Creamy
3. Wet & clear but not stretchy (getting close to ovulation)
4. Stretchy egg white (ovulating)
Also..I noticed with PCOS my CM isn’t consistent, it’s all over the place (except egg white) and my temperature goes up & down like a rollercoaster.. it’s really hard to tell when I’m going to ovulate.
I also have 50-60 day cycles.
Waiting for my egg white CM & LH ovulation strip to be positive 😩 I’m on day 43 of my cycle
Yep you cant rely on body temperature which is why the best thing is to keep checking your CM.. as annoying as that it, seems to be the only way i got pregnant with my very irregular periods
So I’m doing this to avoid pregnancy and my cycle is like 68 days. Should I be like more “secure” because I have a large non fertile fase until I ovulate, or should I be scare of my cycle suddenly correcting itself to an earlier day?
I feel kind of dumb checking myself so much while I’m probably so infertile 😂 but I don’t want to mess it up

Thank you for this video. I just got diagnosed with PCO. I’m trying to conceive and it’s been really hard seeing some of my friends have no problem with it whatsoever. I hate having such an unpredictable cycle now. It stresses me out as I’ve felt I’ll never know when I’m ovulating and therefore could never really try accurately to conceive. This is a huge encouragement. My dr. Wants me to go on progesterone to sort my cycle. Not sure if I should..?

The thing is I’ve been diagnosed with PCOS for 13years and Just recently I have started taking the pill to help regulate my period more(I do regret it!!) i am in a serious relationship and want to conceive asap, do u think I should wait a month after I come off the pill to help my body “rest”. What do u suggest?
Even after having my first son my periods still aren’t regular and I have no idea how long there is in between my periods cuz it changes soooooo often. I will have my period one day then it won’t come for 3 months then it will come 2 weeks later then after that like 4-6 months. So it is really hard for me to get pregnant. The first time me and my husband weren’t even trying so I have no idea how I got pregnant that time so it’s like I’m starting over so this information is super helpful
I have a very regular period can’t tell when I ovulate , I might have a ovulation problem taking vitex. Will start charting and I will let you know.
Thank you! I have PCO. I got told nothing. I came off the pill in April but didn’t have a period until November, I’ve now had 2 periods (currently on period 2), so this month I’m taking it more serious to TTC. I use a app too so fingers crossed :)

Hello! Did you ever find your body trying to ovulate multiple times in a cycle? I get egg-white cervical mucus and LH surges multiple times a month but i do not track my BBT. I do not have PCOS but have irregular periods...curious to see what you think!

I just got the results of my ultrasound, and base on the diagnosis.. It is stated polycystic ovary only not polycystic ovary syndrome is it really different because my previous doc it is just the same which is the worst one

Question: did the birth control help anything? I was on it for awhile but it ended up causing me to spot for a year straight so I got off BC but now my dr is suggesting that I get back since I’ve been diagnosed w PCO.
Cecilia Moreno i did nothing for me other than make my “period” monthly and light. I personally dont think its good to be on the pill as you most likely dont need the hormone changes and my opinion is to let your body do what it naturally wants to plus this will help when time comes to wanting a baby. I dont like how drs suggest the pill as the best thing to be on. I would definitely do your own research before saying yes.

My doctor found out I had pcos when I was 15
I have been on the pill since then because I didn’t have a period at all like my period stoped for almost 2 years
So I toke the pill for over 6 years and honestly it just fuckeds up your body
I got so many check ups so many different doctors but just one helped me and told me I had a problem I was insulin resistant they gave me pills for that I now I have periods every month and before that I didn’t have periods at all even to the point where the doctors were like yeah we don’t know what to do but believe me we can all do it !! And honestly sweetie this video helps so much because there is almost nothing on the internet about this !! So thank you so so much ❤️💋

My Dr is not even mention any pill the last option giving to me is operation
So you don't have any high testosterone symptoms like beard growth or acne or weight gain? My periods are totally normal but my symptoms are so severe that I cannot even go in public.

Yep temp in my mouth, beeps when its done. i believe i started randomly in feb 2018 and had a period in march then fell preg in april (2018). So pretty much straight away from doing the checks. i used to have periods every 3 months.

Not always the same but more or less was as didnt change by much. It would only change a lot if i woke up late or had a late night / wasn’t feeling well etc..

Amen sistaaa. I get about 2 periods a year. Have been diagnosed with PCOS and have the hairy face/overweight etc....(grrr) used the CM method everytime basically to get pregnant (6times) but unfortunately they all ended in chemical/early miscarriage before 5weeks. :-(

Ps just to give yall an update....I did ovulate and I did time the baby dancing perfect but once again, the bleeding started at 10DPO just after a positive test. Phoned docs and he was really nice and said unfortunately this PCOS is a horrible situation but unless I get my weight down (currently 17.6stone) and manage my lifestyle / diet etc this is most probably going to keep happening.
Ps im not putting this on for any kind of sympathy btw...I just thought people would want an update as I hate on those forums like mums net etc when you never hear what the outcome was. So frustrating. Xx

Its possible to get pregnant with no period but yes its finding the time of ovulation if you did ovulate! Its so confusing huh. I would just keep checking your CM and once you see signs of “egg whites” then go for it :)

I get my period every 112-170+ days. It’s terrible if I don’t get pregnant right away in my cycle then I have to wait 3-7 months sometimes longer. My husband and I have been trying for baby number 2 for 2 years. I’ve never had regular periods ever since I was 12.

I know of someone with very long cycles and she has thyroid problems as well as pcos but she cant seems to fall pregnant.
PARESA REA we were trying for over a year to get pregnant with our daughter and randomly conceived after we stopped tracking and let it just happen. Right now I’m on day 115 of my cycle
But I don’t have trouble with my weight or hair or anything that PCOS symptoms. I’ve gotten my levels checked and they were fine so the doctor I was going to before I moved told me to go to a Reproductive Endocrinologist but I moved out of state and wasn’t told what they even were going to do for me
So you could just be like me, have cysts that causes long cycles but no other issues.
Which is why you take longer to ovulate, because of long cycles. Do you think thats why?
