Instruction & Process :-
Jaggery - 1 Cup
Oil - 1/3 Cup
Curd - 1/2 Cup
Baking Powder - 1 Tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 Tsp
Vanilla Essence - 2 Tsp
Mix Them Well
Whole Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
Oats - 1/2 Cup
Make Fine Powder
Sieve Them Well
Mix By Cut & Fold Method
Cocoa Powder - 1/4 Cup
Mix It
Milk - 1/2 Cup
Smooth Ribbon Consistency Batter
Set Parchment Paper On an 8" Cake Tin
Grease Some Oil
Pour The Batter Into It
Rolled Oats, Flax Seeds
Dry Fruits
Preheat Kadai For 10 Mins On Low Flame
Bake For An Hour On Low Flame
Clear Toothpick = Perfectly Baked
Demold Carefully
Cut Into Slices
