That sucks. At least they should say something. Accidents happen, just inform the customer and arrange for repair. I hope they get this taken care off for you and don't put up a fight.

Thank you. The service rep originally denied responsibility. I asked to see his manager and after another 2 days the manager contacted me and said they would repaint my Tesla for free. I asked him how did it happen, and he said the CCTV "seemed to indicate that they did it while parking my Tesla". Anyway, I have a Loaner for 2 weeks and will make a video about this experience and the Loaner soon.
