By far the best car tutorial channel on UA-cam. The camera work along with the easy explanation with every step makes the job look very easy. Makes me want to buy Mustang and start working on it. Great Job!
Excellent video Bill. Did you actually loosen exhaust hangers to do the rear install or it is not necessary?
Interesting....
whats the tires set up?
so bill, how does this v6 perform with the ford performance street lowering springs and stock shocks? i hear the stock shocks are too soft and too much body roll. do those tighter springs make a worthy difference?
Rides really nice, the owner of the car is my video editor and he regularly drives it from PA to Michigan and back. It is not as tight handling wise as I am used to but feels good and solid and I think an upgraded sway bar will bring it all together.
Will I need a 4 wheel alignment after installing lowering springs? What's up with no before and after side by side comparison, come on cj pony?
Hi Sam - We highly recommend getting a four wheel alignment after installing lowering springs. Check out the link below for a side shot of the springs on this V6. It's the Red V6 in the rear.

+Chris Cervenka Thanks Chris, I'm getting the cj springs that drop 1.5 front and 1" rear. Great instructional videos keep it up!
Thanks, Sam! Keep in mind that the 1.5" front and 1" rear drop is for GT fitment. Those springs will be about a 1" square drop on a V6. In that same photo I attached above, the orange EcoBoost (very similar weight/distribution to the V6) is on CJPP springs for comparison. Hope this helps!
Why would you get a mustang in a V6?
