Celebrating 5 Years of Trap-Neuter-Rehome/Release-Manage (TNRM) Programme

Today marks the fifth anniversary of the Trap-Neuter-Rehome/Release-Manage (TNRM) programme for free roaming dogs. The TNRM programme is a humane and science-based approach to managing Singapore’s free-roaming dog population. Since its launch in 2018, about 80% of the free-roaming dog population has been sterilised, which exceeds our initial target of more than 70%. Of these, more than 60% dogs under the programme have been fostered, sheltered, or found their fur-ever homes.
