They went out of their way to use a new re-instrumentation version of the Pikmin 2 boss theme, rather then the remix from Pikmin 3, that just sells it all to me.
I only saw the thing because I was slow on one of the floors (big stupid), and I can confirm that he is, in fact, not as threatening as his Pikmin 2 counterpart.
I was pretty slow when i first entered the cave, call that dandori issues, but i couldn’t finish a single floor without the wraith soawning, (I also didn’t want to lose the taste of the cavern by sing the wraith on sublevel 5)
Regardless of of course not having the first encounter horror and novelty, the Pikmin 4 waterwraith is absolutely nowhere on the level of the original, but at least the music sounds great in HD
The final boss of the pikmin series should be a giant pikmin I know it sounds stupid but think about it Every game you crash onto PNF 404 and what is there? An onion It might not be these pikmin you control But there are other pikmin out there If this sounds stupid then ok Plan B - the final boss is a wraith
@@ticciwolf7925sorry for taking so long UA-cam being dumb and not showing replies Anyway the new pikmin idea I have is the armored pikmin It's a very slow pikmin (slower then purples with the armor) but combats it by being able to survive one death encounter (except hazards) and having the purple pikmin stun (armor on) it has a 1.2x damage without armor and a 1.8x damage with armor The flower type would be a tulip

Its foreshadowed a bit *too* well but the standard cave music being slowly overridden by the submerged castle was like a wet willy in my ears
Can’t wait to experience that, since I’m saving Submerged Castle for the last thing I gotta do to complete the main story.
