Security systems do more than monitor. You can get a faster response for Fire and Police. If they have children they need to know their kids are inside. Bump keys are a good lead in. They are being used more and more. Most clients don't understand that this isn't your Grandpa's old system. They also get insurance discount. So find that sweet spot.
@@zacswiss2265 a year later but i got you, so technically having security for intrusions, disasters (namely flooding and central monitoring surveillance for a smoke detector) can help reduce (in Canada at least) up to 20% on your home insurance, with the usual rate being 5%-10%
Thanks. This is the first time I've listened to your podcast. I'm going to begin a job for a Fortune 200 company.... B2B sales security etc. I think the advice about finding out the highest crime rate areas in town is great. This can apply to businesses and not just home security. My question is: What key words/phrases or rhetorical questions you might use with a customer when discussing the product? Would you use, "What if.." questions ... what are the best ways to get B2B's to speak about their problems inadvertently? In order to show all their cards in a sales pitch just by saying key words or simple sentences?
Dear victor, you the best. You said in one video tag/make fix price and no discount, and I with very scared heart with full fear did it. Today! i'm benefiting from your advice. One day i will have millions and i desire i send you as a gift.
I sell home security and I can tell you high crime low income areas are the worst performing areas to sell security. Bad credit is common as well as charge backs. Best areas are upper in come areas that have a lot of seniors are the best. Luxury homes are often required to have a security system by their insurance. Middle income homes also frequently purchase security.
hello victor thanks a lot all your podcast i learn a lot ..selling no hard when you no how ..since before i have a difficult in selling..but when i heard your o pod cast.....i have learn more about blocking objections....now i sell more than before....thanks victor...and have expected that you have new pod cast in youtube..thank you so much
Letting people know about the value of a security system is important, but if the price isnt right it don't matter how well you speak or what pitch you give to prove the value of a security system. Essentially every security system has the same value in principle or in practice, but other than the technology difference the only other thing that differs is the price. How do you sell a product that is lesser quality and more expensive? What would be your approach? Every selling point sounds good till you get to the price. Why would i buy a product that is more expensive than another product that provides the services i need for a lesser price?
Hi Victor, What I should do if, after my quotation, my client turns to be quiet (I am an agent in real estate), should I email and explain to him why it costs that money or should I just give him more time?
hey victor..thought you would consider my question when you said there were three to speak about today..but didn't get my answer.. hope so you'll be helping me out in your next podcast. By the way great thanks from all my friends to you for these awesome stuff .
we are a startup company providing online software to schools as a service and our customers feel that we are not experienced and when we approach people outside our city they even say , getting support from you during any problem wouldn't be possible . And having lot of competitors baffles us how to proceed. you're help would be a life changing one for us.
Hi victor, Im into sales of fire protection systems mechanical & extra low voltage systems, please advice me on identifying the correct client and how to follow up without irritating the client.
I sell cable ,internet and phone and the biggest hurdle for me is that when I receive the call the customer only ask for internet while if I intend to upsell them for cable with internet and phone I get rejection that I can connect my TV for internet to watch movies so they don't buy it how can you convince customers to buy more along with security
Not knowing any better people call this a good approach, like this if you want to know how to be excellent at this (or reach out somehow, I don’t care, but I will answer your questions if you do) Nothing to lose
