I honestly think the people talking for Colleen and the recorded mouthing along is so funny. I love how she can make even a health scare fun for other people. I could tell her niece and nephews had fun talking for her.

Hey Colleen! I've watched you for a few years now. I'm 19 and in college, and even though we are at different phases of life, you make me feel so heard with how open you are with your emotions and help me not feel like I am overemotional. Over the past few years, I've struggled with anxiety and depression and would always watch your vlogs because it felt like a had a best friend through the screen here for me. Now, I'm going through my first heartbreak. And honestly, this hurts a lot just like people said it would. And here I am again, running to your videos for that comfort. Thank you for all you do and the light you shine through the screen. It helps motivate me everyday.

No one know for certain the future of your vocal healing but as a fellow musician I just want to share something;
My fingers used to dance along my instruments with joy and fervor, almost with need. I am no longer able to play but when I listen to music of all kinds something in my soul just ignites. I've tried to share this with my husband and he expresses that he can see the excitement the healing in my eyes and in the way I speak of the piece or artist but does not feel it himself.
That feeling, it is mine and it is in me. Music is in my soul and will forever be a part of who I am.
Well wishes Colleen. Thank you for bringing us your light, you are so loved and cherished. ✌🏻✌🏻💚💚

TTQ: how do your kids react to you or other adults crying? I know that you are very open about your emotions and was wondering if your kids are effected. Even on vocal rest your videos are fun to watch, as always! The voiceovers are too funny, and it's so cute to see the kids get excited about everything! It's cool to see you do sign language, I'm sure Flynn will pick on it soon and start understanding when you sign to him! I can only imagine how annoying it will be at times, but you do whatever you need to do to bring that beautiful voice of yours back! And we'll be there on your journey ^^

Hey Colleen, a very very close family member of mine has Nodules.
I know it seems scary and it is but it's not tragic.
Don't worry, rest your voice and do NOT drink VERY HOT beverages such as tea,coffee etc. Or VERY COLD for that matter. It only makes the pain worse and it the NODULES treat that temperature as "food" for them and the "mass" keeps growing. Listen to your doctors and you'll be great I believe in ya❤❤❤
You can also try PURE royal jelly. Read about it and it will help you! Love you you got this ❤

You already sound so much better after a few days of vocal rest❤. I send you patience and healing vibes for this tiny frustrating blip in your life. I also rely on my voice whether speaking or singing for my jobs and have irrational anxiety when I have a bad illness that this will be the thing that will steal my voice and I'll never sing again😅. I sincerely appreciate you continuing to vlog but will understand and support any decision you make to pause and regain your health.✌️

Flynn was so sweet showing Wes the basket gifts! These Ballingers melt my heart. They should have lots of kids and grandkids to help the world have good kind ppl. Wish I got to see some little Ballingers like Teddy & Duncan more for Easter. Need to go see if the other Ballingers siblings put up videos I guess. Maiden feeding her baby, hugging her bunny, opening eggs and counting was so sweet. Flynn being egg-cited was awesome as my youngest of 4 daughters is 16! I miss the little years. Way to go Wesley with walking. I thought it was Maisey though! Enjoyed the voice overs from the older Ballingers. They cracked me up. Really enjoy seeing you sign too.
