Halo MCC Mod Showcase EP2: Multiplayer Maps

Salutations, and welcome to the next installment of Halo MCC Mod Showcase, a series where I bring the spotlight to the Halo modding projects that I think deserve publicity. This episode will be our first look at Multiplayer maps. No real encompassing theme, such as last episode's custom level geometry requirement, will be used here since a lot of the maps for today's showcase fall under different categories. The footage you see here was taken during a gamenight I hosted in my Discord server. If you want in on the action, please join us! I'll be hosting a lot more of these, with another multiplayer gamenight happening this Sunday the 22nd at 1pm EST!.

These maps are so incredible! My favorites are definitely the SpongeBob one, the Minecraft ones, and Desert Hog.
Nothing can ever top Desert Hog.

The halo 2 bridge on halo 3 engine is so beautiful. Imagine porting the whole thing to halo 3, add the cut content as bungie had, like a halo 2 directors cut or something

Thank you Vadam, I really liked that you acknowledged the turrets since I thought no one would really use them in team modes. Next time I make a symmetrical map, I'll try to give it "symmetrical collision" but add some flair and variety to the visuals.
Also that Desert Hog clip is golden lmao

You could also try experimenting with making two sides symmetrical in function but with totally different geometry on either side. Valhalla is a good example of what I mean. Both sides look totally different from each other, but they offer similar gameplay options.

Hey Vadam, is it possible to have a dismemberment mod for players and NPCs when they take enough damage?
It would use a similar system to how the flood start gibbing when either shot in the limbs, or completely blown up. It would be cool to see grunts & brutes falling apart after taking a fuel rod to the face, or to see a marine become a pile of limbs after getting cornered by an elite.
